Ծառուկյանի կողմից իրականացվող բնակարանաշինության ծրագիրը կխթանի հայրենադարձության գործընթացը

Հրաչյա Էլբակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ Երևանի 2800-ամյակին նվիրված տոնակատարություններին զուգահեռ, տոն ու ուրախություն էր նաև Կոտայքի մարզի Աբովյան քաղաքում, քանզի Աբովյանի բնակիչները տոնում էին քաղաքի հիմնադրման 55-ամյակը։Հիշարժան օրվա կապակցությամբ կազմակերպված միջոցառումների կիզակետը Աբովյանի Սուրբ Հովհաննես Մկրտիչ եկեղեցին էր,որին հարակից տարածքներն էլ կարծես թե վերածվել էին տոնական բեմահարթակի։Հենց այնտեղ էլ քաղաքացիներին միացավ Աբովյանի պատվավոր քաղաքացի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ով ավանդույթի համաձայն ամեն տարի ներկա է գտնվում հարազատ քաղաքի տարեդարձին։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը եկեղեցու բակում ուսումնասիրեց Աբովյանի գեղարվեստի դպրոցի տաղանդավոր սաների աշխատանքները,ծանոթացավ պատանի երկրապահների հետ և պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց ամեն կերպ աջակցել թե՛ գեղարվեստի դպրոցին, թե՛ պատանի երկրապահներին։Սակայն աբովյանցիների շրջանում մեծ ոգևորություն առաջացրեց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից իրականացվող մեծամասշտաբ նախաձեռնությունը, ըստ որի Աբովյան քաղաքում կառուցվելիք բազմաբնակարան շենքերը, քաղաքացիներին տրամադրվելու են բավականին մատչելի գներով՝ 8-10 տարի ժամկետով և ընդհամենը ամսեկան 65,000 դրամ։Նման նախաձեռնությունը ի՞նչ է, եթե ոչ ներգաղթի ծրագիր․․․․
Այս ծրագիրը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի երկրորդ խոշոր նվերը կլինի Աբովյանի բնակիչներին, Սուրբ Հովհաննես Մկրտիչ եկեղեցուց հետո, որը ի դեպ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կառուցել է բացառապես Աբովյանի քաղաքացիների խնդրանքով։
