Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գործունեության հիմքում Հայաստանի համաչափ զարգացման միտումն է

Կարինե Դալլաքյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Բոլորիս է հայտնի, որ Հայաստանը միակենտրոն երկիր է, այսինքն՝ երկրի հիմնական բոլոր ռեսուրսները կենտրոնացված են մայրաքաղաքում, իսկ մարզերը իրոք զարգացման կարիք ունեն: Բոլոր մեծ ու փոքր քաղաքներում, գյուղական համայնքներում կան բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ և նույնիսկ փոքրիկ օգնությունը այդ համայնքներին արդեն իսկ մեծ բան է: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը այն գործիչներից է, ով միշտ օգնել է այդ համայնքներին կառուցելով սպորտդպրոցներ, մշակութային կենտրոններ, եկեղեցիներ, ֆինանսավորել է բազմաբնույթ բարեգործական ծրագրեր և այլն: Դրանք իսկապես նպաստել ու նպաստում են այդ համայնքների զարգացմանը: Օրերս Կոտայքի մարզի Նոր Հաճն քաղաքը տոնում էր հիմնադրման 60 ամյակը: Նոր Հաճն քաղաքը մեր հանրապետության գեղեցիկ ու ինքնատիպ բնակավայրերից մեկն է իր յուրօրինակ կառուցապատմամբ:
Հոբելյանի կապակցությամբ քաղաքում գտնվող Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ եկեղեցու հարևանությամբ տեղի ունեցավ տոնական միջոցառում, որին մասնակցում էր նաև Նոր Հաճնի պատվավոր քաղաքացի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: Ծառուկյանը իսկապես շատ ջերմ ընդունելության արժանացավ Նոր Հաճնում քանի-որ բնակիչները մեկը մյուսին հերթ չտալով փորձում էին ասել թե ինչքան կարևոր նշանակություն ունի իրենց համար Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ եկեղեցին, որը կառուցվել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի բարերարությամբ: Ծառուկյանը օգնում է նաև գյուղի անապահով խավին:
Քաղաքի տոնը իսկապես անցավ շատ ջերմ մթնոլորտում, իսկ Նոր Հաճնի բնակիչները իրենց շնորհակալությունը հայտնեցին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին նրան արժանացնելով պարգևի քաղաքի զարգացման գործում ներդրած զգալի ավանդի և Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ եկեղեցու կառուցման համար:
