Ժողովրդին կարեկից լինելու Ծառուկյանի անշահախնդիր մոտեցումը՝ անսահման հարգանքի և վստահության նախապայման

Լյովա Մնացականյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Կարևորելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և հայ ազգի սոցիալ-տնտեսական, հոգևոր և մշակութային զարգացման գործոնը մեր իրականության մեջ, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը շարունակում է իր ավելի քան երկու տասնամյակ իրականացրած հայանպաստ ու հայրենասերին հատուկ գործունեությունը: Ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահելով թե մայրաքաղաքի, թե ՀՀ մարզային բնակչությանը, պատեհ առիթի դեպքում, շտապում է իր օգնությունն ու օժանդակությունը հայտնել նրանց: Դրա համար էլ, Հայաստանում ու դրա սահմաններից դուրս, Ծառուկյանին առանձնակի ջերմությամբ և սիրով են ընդունում: Բացառություն չէր նաև վերջերս Նոր Հաճն-ի 60 ամյակին նվիրված տոնակատարությունը, որին մասնակցում էր նաև քաղաքի պատվավոր քաղաքացի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: Ինչպես Նոր Հաճնի բնակիչները նշեցին, Ծառուկյանը անկախ ամեն ինչից, անկախ ժամանակահատվածից, միշտ է գտնվել նրանց կողքին, կիսել հոգսն ու խնդիրները: Տեղացիների համար թերևս ամենամեծ նվերը դա Ծառուկյանի կառուցած Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ եկեղեցին էր, որը հոգևոր կենտրոն դարձավ բնակիչների համար:
Թերևս սեփական ժողովրդին կարեկից լինելու Ծառուկյանի անշահախնդիր մոտեցման արդյունքում է ծնվել այն հարգանքն ու վստահությունը, որ տածում է ժողովուրդը նրա հանդեպ, ինչը շատ դեպքերում որոշ չկայացած ու ամբիցիոզ գործիչների համար, խանդի ու նախանձի տեղիք է տալիս, բայց դա ոչ մի ձև չի կարող անդրադառնալ Ծառուկյան-ժողովուրդ փոխհարաբերությունների վրա, դրանք տարիների սերտհամագործակցության և սրտացավության արդյունքում կոփված անքատելի և կուռ հարաբերություններ են:
Ծառուկյանի որդեգրած սկզբունքներն ամբողջությամբ համադրվում է պետականամետ գործչի գործելաոճին և ահա այս համատեքստում էլ հասկանալի է դառնում նրա բարձր վարկանիշն ու ընդունված գործիչ լինելու հանգամանքը:
Դե ինչ սա այն բազմաթիվ օրինակներից մեկն է, երբ կարելի է հստակ պատկերացում կազմել, թե ինչպես է պետք գործել, որպեսզի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում համաչափ կերպով զարգացում լինի, ինչը չափազանց կարևոր է դրական և ամենակարևորը տեսանելի արդյունքներ գրանցելու տեսանկյունից:
