Երևանում հանդիսավոր կերպով բացվեց հայ-ուկրաինական բարեկամական կապերը խորհրդանշող Տարաս Շևչենկոյի արձանը

Նարեկ Մինասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր Երևանի սրտում տեղի ունեցավ ուկրաինացի բանաստեղծ, արվեստագետ, նկարիչ և ժողովրդագետ Տարաս Գրիգորևիչ Շևչենկոյի հուշարձանի հանդիսավոր բացումը։ Արձանի պատրաստման և տեղադրման նախաձեռնությունը պատկանում էր ԲՀԿ առջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին, ով կյանքի էր կոչել այս ծրագիրը՝ ի նշան երկու երկրների բարեկամության, ի նշան մշակութային դարավոր կապերի արժևորման և նոր համագործակցության համար նոր կամուրջներ ստեղծելու։ Արձանի հանդիսավոր բացման համար ընտրված ժամանակահատվածը ուներ սիմվոլիկ բնույթ, քանի որ այս տարի լրանում է հարյուրամյակը Հայաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջևս դիվանագիտական կեպերի առկայության, ինչպես նաև նվիրվում է Ուկրաինայի անկախության 27 ամյակին։ Նշենք, որ արձանի ճարտարապետներն են են Վոլոդիմիր Պետրոսյանն ու Սարգիս Սարգսայանը, և այն իր տեսակով և մեծությամբ նմանը չունի Կովկասում։

Ռուսաստանի Արքայական գեղարվեստի ակադեմիայի անդամ Շևչենկոն ուկրաինացիմերի համար նույն արժեքն ունի, ինչը որ հայերիս համար ունի Գրիգոր Նարեկացին, հետևաբար այս իրադարձությունը իր նշանակությամբ կարևոր էր նաև Ուկրաինական կողմի համար։

Տարաս Շևչենկոն շատ կապված է եղել Հակաստանի հետ և նրա ստեղծագործություններում արտացոլվել է նրա սերն ու համակրանքը հայ ժողովրդի ու հայկական բնաշխարհի հանդեպ։ Եվ հիմա վերաարժևորել այս արվեստագետի գործունեությունը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը արժանացել է Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիների, Ուկրաինայի հայ համայնքը և Հայաստանում Ուկրաինայի դեսպանատան ներկայացուցիչների և դեսպան Լիտվինի երախտագիտությանը։
