Ծառուկյան-Փաշինյանի դաշնակցային հուշագիրը հետհեղափոխական Հայաստանը տեղափոխեց մի նոր շրջափուլ

Մովսես Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում սկսել է կառուցողական միջավայրի ձևավորումը և ըստ այդմ էլ արդեն որոշակիանում է հիմնական դաշնակիցներն ու ժողովրդի կողմից ձեռք իշխանությունը պահելու հարցում հաստատակամություն ցուցաբերող ուժերը։ Ասվածի վառ ապացույնցը երեկ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան»խմբակցության ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի միջև կայացած հանդիպումն էր։ Մինչ այս առաջացած ապատեղակտվության և թյուրըմբռնման ֆոնին ինչ- ինչ մարդկանց կողմից կասկածի տակ էր փորձում դրվել ԲՀԿ-ի հատկապես Աժ արթահերթ ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ ունեցած դիրքորոշումը։ Այս հարցի պարզաբանումը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը տվել էր իր վերջին հարցազրույցում, որտեղ վերստին հաստատել էր իրենց հաստատակամությունը ժողովրդի խոսքին և պահանջին ընդառաջ գնալու և արտահերթ ընտրությունները հենց դեկտեմբերին անցկացնելու հարցում։ Սա զարմանալի չէր, քանի որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը դեռևս մայիսին էր հայտարարել, որ իր ղեկավարած ուժը պատրաստ է անգամ ամռան ընթացքում անցկացնելու ԱԺ արտահերթը։
Երեկ ադեն հայաստանյան քաղաքականության մեջ առանցքային դեարակատարում ունեցող քաղաքական ուժերի ղեկավարները վերստին հանդիպեցին, քննարկեցին հետհեղափոխական Հայաստանում առաջացած ներքին խնդիրները, պարզաբանեցին ամեն թյուրըմբռնում և գնացին վճռորոշ դեր ունեցող քաղաքական կոնսուլիդացիայի։ Արդյունքը եղավ այն, որ ստորագրվեց հուշագիր։ Վերջինս բաղկացած էր մի քանի կարևոր կետերից, որոնց երաշխիքը եղավ վարչապետի և Ծառուկյանի ստորագրությունները։ Այդ կետերից մեկը հենց ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին է վերաբերում, որի՝ դեկտեմբերին անցկացնելուն կաջակցի Ծառուկյան դաշինքը, ընդ որում՝ չի առաջադրի սեփական թեկնածուին՝ սատատարելով ժողովրդի թեկնածուին։ Սա մեծ հաշվով այն է, ինչ մինչ այս էլ արել էլ Ծառուկյան դաշինքը։
Եվ հիմա հիմա այս ամենը թղթի վրա ամրագրվեց Ծառուկյանի ու Փաշինյանի երաշխավորությամբ։
Այս դաշնակցային հուշագրի հիմնական կետերից մեկն էլ տնտեսական զարգացմանը միտված ներդրումների և դրանց՝ դեպի Հայաստան մուտքի ապահովել։ Ինչը ևս վստահաբար իրականցվելու է։ Քանի որ Ծառուկյանը այս հարցում ունի տարիների փորձառություն և այժմ էլ կշարունակի նույն թափով ներդրումային ծրագրեր իրականացնելու գործընթացը։
Հետևաբար՝ Ծառուկյան-Փաշինյան դաշնակցային այս կարևորագույն հուշագիրը հետհեղափոխական Հայաստանը տեղափոխեց մի նոր շրջափուլ և հույս ներշնչեց, որ ժողովրդի պահանջած հանգուցալուծումն իրականացնելու է սիրո և հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտում՝ այս երկու ազդեցիկ գործիչների երաշխավորությամբ։
