ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը հանցագործության վերաբերյալ հաղորդում է ներկայացրել ՀՀ ոստիկանություն՝ իր և իր ընտանիքի անդամների դեմ ուղղված սպառնալիքների պատճառով: Այս մասին նա գրել է ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:

Ա. Հովհաննիսյանի գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.
«Այսօր ես հանցագործություն վերաբերյալ հաղորդում եմ ներկայացրել ՀՀ Ոստիկանություն։ Պատճառը իմ և իմ ընտանիքի անդամների կյանքի դեմ պարբերաբար ուղղված սպառնալիքներն են։

Միևնույն ժամանակ հայտնում եմ, որ այսուհետ հետևողական եմ լինելու, որպեսզի քաղաքացիաիրավական պատասխանատվության միջոցներ կիրառվեն իմ վերաբերյալ վիրավորական (հայհոյախառն)գրառումներ և մեկնաբանություններ կատարող և տարածող անձանց նկատմամբ։ Զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների ներկայացուցիչները այս գրառումը կարող են դիտարկել որպես իրենց բոլոր հարթակներից, այդ թվում՝ ֆեյսբուքյան էջերից իմ վերաբերյալ վիրավորական(հայհոյախառն) գրառումների հեռացման առաջնային ծանուցում։

Ես դիմելու եմ դատարան յուրաքանչյուր մեկնաբանության և գրառման համար՝ հայցեր ներկայացնելով ներառյալ այն սուբյեկտների դեմ, ովքեր չեն հեռացրել կամ շարունակել են հարթակ տրամադրել վիրավորական(հայհոյախառն) գրառումների համար նույնիսկ ծանուցումից հետո։ Ես պատրաստվում եմ օգտվել իմ իրավունքների պաշտպանության ողջ իրավական գործիքակազմից՝ ընդհուպ մինչև դիմելով Մարդու իրավունքների Եվրոպական դատարան։

Հ.Գ. Լինելով քաջատեղյակ միջազգային չափանիշներին, սկզբունքներին, նախադեպերին՝ ես յուրաքանչյուր անգամ պատշաճ ծանուցելու եմ հայհոյանքների համար հարթակ տրամադրած և հարթակ դարձած լրատվամիջոցներին և անձանց, թեև մեր օրենսդրությամբ և ՄԻԵԴ նախադեպերով վիրավորական մեկնաբանությունների հեռացման համար նախապես ծանուցելու պարտականություն սահմանված չէ։ Սրանով լրատվամիջոցները հնարավորություն կունենան ողջամիտ ժամկետներում հեռացնել նման մեկնաբանությունները, որպեսզի որևէ կերպ չխոչընդոտվի նրանց գործունեությունը և որևէ կերպ չխաթարվի խոսքի ազատությունը։ Ինձ համար խոսքի ազատությունը եղել է և միշտ լինելու է բարձրագույն արժեք, սակայն մի բան պետք է հստակ լինի բոլորի համար՝ հայհոյանքը չի կարող անպատիժ մնալ»։
