Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի այս որոշումը կբալանսավորի խաղողագործների կորուստն ու շահույթը

Արման Եսայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Թերևս այս տարին աննախադեպ էր մեր հանրապետության համար բոլոր առումներով, բայց մինչ բոլորը հետաքրքրված էին հեղափոխությունով ու հետո էլ՝ Երևանի ավագանու էլեկտրալ պրոցեսներով, երկրում տնտեսական շատ հարցեր դուրս են մղվել ուշադրությունից։
Մինչդեռ այս ամենի ֆոնին՝ բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ էին գոյանում։ Ահավասիկ՝ գյուղատնտեսության կարևորագույն ճյուղերից մեկի՝ խաղողագործության համար այս տարին բարենպաստ չէր, քանի որ մի շարք բնական և արհեստածին երևույթների հետևանքով խաղաղագործները կանգնեցին մտահոգիչ խնդիրների առաջ՝ ֆինանասական անկայունաության, գյուղական վարկերի անվճարունակության հեռանկար և դրանցից բխող սոցիա-կենցաղային մի շարք խնդիրներ։ Տարին այնպիսին էր, որ բերքը քիչ էր ստացվել, իսկ կարկտահարման հետևանքով եղածն էլ որակապես տուժել էր։ Ինչպես ասում են՝ կարկուտը ծեծած տեղն է միշտ էլ ծեծում։
Միայն Արարատի մարզում խաղողագործությամբ է զբաղվում շուրջ 5000 գյուղացիական տնտեսություն։ Որոնք քանիցս իրենց խնդիրները լսելի դարձնելու համար բողոքի ակցիաներ էին իրականացնում։
Հայաստաի խաղողագործների հետ տարիներ ի վեր լավագույն կերպով համագործակցել է Երևանի «Արարատ» կոնյակի, գինու, օղու կոմբինատը՝ ի դեմս Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի, ով այս անգամ ևս ոչ միայն արձագանքեց խաղողագործների վերոնշյալ խնդիրներին, այլև անձամբ այցելեց Արմավիրի և Արարատաի մարզեր լսելու և դրանց լուծումներ տալու համար։
Իսկ թերևս լավագույն լուծումը եղավ այն, որ խաղողը կմթերվի ամենաբարձր՝ 150 դրամով, այսինքն՝ 10 դրամով կբարձրանա մթերման գինը, որն իր հերթին կբալանսավորի գյուղացու կորուստն ու շահույթը։
Պետք է նշել նաև, որ կոնյակի գինը ո՛չ միջազգային շուկայում, ոչ էլ տեղական չի բարձրացել։ Փաստորեն՝ գյուղացուն օգնելուն, միշտ նրա կողքին կանգնելուն և նման խոչընդոտների առջև կանգնելիս ձեռք մեկնելուն Ծառուկյանը պատրստ է անել անգամ իր գործարանի շահույթի նվազման հաշվին։
Սա մեր գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին իսկապես մեծ օգնութոյւն է, առավել ևս այն պարագայում, երբ գումարը ոչ թե ամիսներ անց, այլ հենց տեղում են ստանում՝ մթերումից անմիջապես հետո։
