Մարզպետը ամեն կերպ փորձում է հերքել, որ առանձնատուն է կառուցում

Պետրոս Կոստանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երբ անգամ մամուլի համառ հրապարակումներից հետո որևէ բան փորձում ես թաքցնել, ապա նմանվում ես Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանին, ով այսօր հուսահատ կերպով փորձում էր հերքել այն փաստը, որ հսկայական առանձնատուն է կառուցում մարզում։
Հասկանալի է, որ մարզպետը պետք է ամեն ինչ անի, որ հերքի առանձնատուն կառուցելու փաստը։ Նա ընդամնեը 100 օր է մարզպետ, բայց արդեն իր բարեկեցությունն է ապահովում՝ մարզի միջոցներով առանձնատուն կառուցելով։
Մարզպետին, ով ամեն կերպ փորձում է հերքել իր առանձնատուն կառուցելու փաստը՝ մի հարց ենք ուզում տալ․ եթե իսկապես նա առանձնատուն չի կառուցում, ապա ինչպե՞ս կարելի է բացատրել այն, որ 4 կմ նոր ասֆալտ է փռած դեպի այն տարածքը, որտեղ կառուցվում է առանձնատունը։ Հասկանալի է, որ ինչ-որ այգու համար, ինչպես ինքնէ պնդում, ոչ մեկ չէր պարսպապատի հսկայական տարածքը, նոր ասֆալտ չէր փռի՝ դեպի ապագա առանձնատունը բարեկարգ ճանապարհ ապահովելու համար;
Սա միայն ցույց է տալիս, որ մարզպետը անհուսորնե փորձում է քողարկել այն, ինչը ակնհայտ է, սակայն որքան էլ նա փորձի անմեղսունակ ձևանալ, փաստերը ճիտ հակառակն են ապացուցում։
Սա ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ մարզպետը, թողած մարզի բազմաթիվ խնդիրներն ու հոգսերը, զբաղված է բոլորովին այլ բանով․ նախ փորձում է շանտաժով գյուղապետերին հրաժարական պարտադրել, հետո անհիմն նկատողություններ է հայտարարում մարզի դպրոցների տնօրեններին, իսկ հիմա էլ անմեղսունակ ձևանալով փորձում է թաքցնել այն, որ մարզի միջոցներով իր համար առանձնատուն է կառուցում։
Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ մամուլի հրապարակումները գուցե ստիպել են Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանին առժամանակ դադարեցնել տան շինարարությունը՝ ավելորդ աղմուկից խուսափելու համար, բայց կան բաներ, որոնք թաքցնել հնարավոր չէ, և եթե մարզպետը իսկապես ցանկանում էր ամեն ձև քողարկել առաձնատուն կառուցելու փաստը, ուրեմն դեպի ապագա տունը տանող թարմ ասֆալտն էլ պետք է քանդեր, այլապես անմիջապես մատնում է իրեն։
