ՄԻՊ-ը Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ գյուղերը թիրախային գնդակոծության ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ կհրապարակի արտահերթ զեկույց

Սեպտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ գյուղերն ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից գնդակոծության ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունների հրապարակումից անմիջապես հետո Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը նախաձեռնել է փաստահավաք աշխատանքներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Սեպտեմբերի 11-ին՝ օրվա ցերեկային ժամերին կրակոցների է ենթարկվել Տավուշի մարզի Վազաշեն գյուղը: Գյուղի բնակչի կողմից երեկ տարածված տեսանյութը վկայում է, որ կրակոցներն արձակվում են հենց քաղաքացիական բնակավայրի ու մասնավորապես՝ առանձնատան ուղղությամբ, որի բակում այդ պահին խաղում են երեխաներ: Կրակոցներն ակնհայտորեն իրական վտանգ են ստեղծել խաղաղ բնակիչների և հատկապես՝ կանանց ու երեխաների կյանքի, նրանց առողջության համար: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմին այս տեղեկությունը հաստատել են ինչպես գյուղի վարչակազմը, այնպես էլ բնակիչները: Պաշտպանը նաև անմիջականորեն ստացել է տեղեկություն այն մասին, որ գնդակոծություններն արվել են նաև գյուղի դպրոցի ուղղությամբ:

ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Բաղանիս, Ոսկեվան, Կոթի և Վազաշեն գյուղերը գնդակոծության են ենթարկվել սեպտեմբերի 2-ից սկսած։ Այս մասին ահազանգեր են ստացվել նաև Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ:

Սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, սեպտեմբերի 4-ին և սեպտեմբերի 5-ին տեղի են ունեցել կրակահերթեր Կոթի գյուղի ուղղությամբ:

Սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, սեպտեմբերի 9-ին և սեպտեմբերի 11-ին կրակոցներ են արձակվել Բաղանիս գյուղի ուղղությամբ: Գնդակոծությունները տեղի են ունեցել քաղաքացիական տների ուղղությամբ՝ անմիջականորեն վտանգելով խաղաղ բնակչության կյանքի և առողջության իրավունքը: Դրանց արդյունքում խաթարվել է նաև Ոսկեպար - Բաղանիս միջպետական ավտոճանապարհով բնականոն երթևեկությունը՝ դարձնելով այն որոշակի ժամանակով անհնար:

Դրանից բացի, սեպտեմբերի 8-ին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից գնդակոծվել է նաև Ոսկեվան գյուղը: Այս անգամ, բնակիչների պնդմամբ, վնասվել են տների տանիքներ, պատեր, ինչպես նաև բնակիչների տներում առկա կենցաղային իրեր:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի անմիջական հանձնարարությամբ ներկայում ընթանում են ամբողջական փաստահավաք աշխատանքներ:

Այդ աշխատանքների ու անհրաժեշտ ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքներով կկազմվի արտահերթ զեկույց՝ անգլերեն և ֆրանսերեն լեզուներով: Զեկույցը կուղարկվի ինչպես միջազգային կառույցներին, այնպես էլ ՀՀ համապատասխան պետական ու հասարակական իրավապաշտպան կառույցներին:
