Արարատի մարզպետարանից դպրոցի տնօրեններին պարտադրել են ազատվել թոշակառու ուսուցիչներից (տեսանյութ)

յսօր առավոտյան Արարատի մարզպետարան են կանչվել դպրոցի տնօրեններ , որոնց հրահանգ է տրվել ցանկացած ճանապարհով ազատվել թոշակառու ուսուցիչներից :
Վեց դպրոցների տնօրենների հետ հսնդիպմանը ներկա է գտնվել մարզպետի տեղակալ Արտավազդ Նազարեթյանը և ոմն Լիլիթ Միրզախանյան, ում կրթության բաժնի պետ Ալբերտ Մկրտչյանը ներկայացրել է աշխատակազմի ղեկավար :
Տվյալ տիկինը, ում անունը ընդհանրապես չկա Արարատի մարզպետարանի ղեկավարների աշխատացուցակում իրբև աշխատակազմի ղեկավար իրեն իրավասություն և լիազորություն է տվել տնօրեններին պահանջ ներկայացնել , որպեսզի նոր ուսումնական տարին արդեն իսկ սկսած մանկավարժին , ովքեր հատել են 63 - ի սահմանը անպիտան իրի պես դուրս հանել շենքից :
Գործին բոլորովին չտիրապետող այդ տիկնոջը տնօրեններից մի քանիսը փորձել են հասկացնել , որ աշխատանքային օրենսգրքով չկա այդպիսի կետ , ըստ որի գործատուն պետք է ազատվի իր պարտաճանաչ , վաստակաշատ ուսուցչից , եթե նա օրինակ 64 տարեկան է :
Նոր իշխանությանը կողմակից լինելով հորդորում ենք Արարատի երիտասարդ մարզպետին, ում գիտությամբ հանձնարարականներ է տրվում իր ենթականերին , որոնք նույնիսկ պաշտոնապես հրամանագրված չեն , սակայն կարգադրություններ են հնչեցնում կրթօջախների տնօրեններին, թող փորձեն օրինական ճանապարհով իրենք հաստատվեն երազած պաշտոնին , նոր անօրինական պահանջ ներկայացնեն` մաքրել դպրոցները այլևս իրենց ոչպետքական մասնագետներից , փոխարենը ծանոթ երիտասարդներին գործի ընդունելու խոստումը կատարելու համար :
Դպրոցի կառավարմանն ու առօրյային չտիրապետող , պատահական պաշտոնյան ստիպում է հակաօրինական քայլ կատարել` սեպտեմբերի 10- ի դրությամբ չմտածելով այն բազմաթիվ աշակերտների մասին , ովքեր մնալու են առանց ուսուցիչ մինչև , որ պարտադրաբար դպրոցից հեռացված ուսուցչի փոխարեն գա այն նորը , թափուր աշխատատեղի հայտարարությունը մարզպետի Գարիկ Սարգսյանի պաշտոնական էջից կարդալուց հետո :
Ի դեմս բազմաթիվ թոշակառուների ներկայացնում են բազմավաստակ մանկավարժի խոսքը , ով դիմում է ԿԳ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանին :
