Ընտրաձայների ֆոնդային շուկայի վերլուծություն

Ստեփան Դանիելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է

2017 թվականին ընտրաձայների շուկայում, համեմատած նախորդ ընտրությունների հետ վերելք է ապրում: Շուկայում ընտրաձայնի գնի աճի վրա բարերար ազդեցություն է ունեցել սահմանադրության փոփոխությունը և ռեյտինգային ցուցակների ներմուծումը: Հատկապես պետք է նշել Ընտրական Օրենսգրքի հեղինակների ճիշտ կանխատեսումների շուկայի զարգացման և գների աճի գործում:
Հայաստանի Ընտրաձայնի հիմնական ` Abovyan և Երևանի South-West բորսաներում GAGDAD և ALEXL ինդեքսները աննախադեպ աճ են ցույց տալիս: Անցած ընտրությունների համեմատությամբ մեկ ձայնի գինը կարող է աճել մինչև 350%, ինչը ձեռնտու է բորսաների հիմնադիրներին և խոշոր խաղացողներին, սակայն կարող է սնանկացնել փոքր խաղացողներին, որոնք փորձում են գների փլուզում առաջացնելու միջոցով առհասարակ փլուզել բորսաները և անցնել ավանդական` փողոցային առևտրի:
Ըստ կանխատեսումների փետրվար ամսվա ընթացքում շուկայում անկայունություն է նկատվում, սակայն ապրիլի վերջին շուկան կկայունանա: Ֆյուչըրսների վաճառքը արդեն փետրվարի սկզբին է սկսվել:
Խոշոր խաղացողները մեծ գումարներով ինտերվենցիա են սկսել, որպես փոքր խաղացողներին շուկայից դուրս հանեն, սակայն փոքր խաղացողները կարողանում են վերահսկել հինական դիլլերական ցանցերը:
Դիլլերները Ձայների տերերի համար Թրաստային ընկերություններ են սկսել ստեղծել դեռևս հունվար ամսվա սկզբին:
ՀՀԿ և ԲՀԿ կորպորացիաները ֆինանսական ինտերվենցիաների միջոցով փորձում են շուկան կիսել միմյանց միջև, ինչը կարող է շուկայում գերտաքացում առաջացնել, ինչը ավելի մանր կորպորացիաների համար ծանր իրավիճակ է ստեղծում և չի բացառվում, որ բրոքերները և նրանց հետ աշխատող դիլլերները փորձեն փոխել իրենց ավանդական նախասիրությունները և անցնել մեծ կորպորացիաների կողմը:
Շուկայի տատանումներին հետևող վերլուծաբանների կարծիքով Շուկայում կա մոտ 40% չվաճառվող ձայներ, որոնց առնվազն կեսը այս ընտրական սեզոնի ընթացքում չեն իրացնի իրենց ձայները, իսկ մյուս կեսը չի կարող շուկայում եղանակ ստեղծել և որոշիչ կլինեն Թրասթային կառավարմանը վստահված Ձայները:
Սակայն կա մտահոգություն, որ ցանցերից դուրս մնացած էժան ձայները, որոնք ցանցային դիլլերների վերահսկողությունից դուս են մնացել, շուկա ներխուժելուց հետո կարող են փլուզել դրույքաչափերը և մեկ ձայնի գինը վերադառնա նախորդ ընտրությունների դրույքաչափերին:
