«Սանիթեք»-ը ևս մեկ անգամ տուգանվեց աղբահանության ծառայությունը ոչ պատշաճ իրականացնելու համար

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և «Սանիթեք» ընկերության միջև կնքված պայմանագրի շրջանակներում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի համապատասխան ծառայությունների կողմից օգոստոս ամսին իրականացված հսկողության արդյունքում պայմանագրով սահմանված ծառայությունների ոչ պատշաճ իրականացման բազմաթիվ դեպքերով «Սանիթեք» ընկերությանն ուղարկվել են «Համապատասխանության մասին ծանուցումներ» և սահմանվել ողջամիտ ժամկետներ՝ թերությունները վերացնելու համար: Ոչ բոլոր դեպքերում են թերությունները վերացվել ծանուցումներով սահմանված ժամկետներում, որի հիման վրա, պայմանագրին համապատասխան, թողարկվել է «Ծառայությունների ձախողման մասին» ծանուցում և սահմանված կարգով օգոստոս ամսվա կատարողականից պահվել է տուգանք՝ 12.967.739 դրամի չափով:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, «Սանիթեք» կազմակերպությունը ներկայացրել է իր առարկությունները թողարկված ծանուցագրերի վերաբերյալ, առ այն, որ ձախողումները պայմանավորված են նաև օբյեկտիվ հանգամանքներով. տվյալ դեպքում խնդիրը վերաբերում է աղբավայրի անհրաժեշտ պայմանների բացակայությամբ պայմանավորված աղբատար մեքենաների վնասմանը, աղբամանների մեծ քանակով այրմանը և վնասմանը և այլն:

«Անկախ վերը նշված խնդիրների օբյեկտիվ կամ սուբյեկտիվ լինելու հանգամանքից, գիտակցելով նման ծառայությունների օրական անխափան մատուցման կարևորությունը, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը ձեռնարկում է միջոցներ՝ աջակցելու «Սանիթեք» ընկերությանը՝ ծառայությունների ընթացքը բնականոն հուն վերադարձնելու համար, բանակցում է «Սանիթեք» ընկերության հետ վնասված մեքենամեխանիզմների և աղբամանների փոխարինման նպատակով լրացուցիչ ներդրումներ անելու վերաբերյալ, իսկ իրավիճակը հնարավորին սեղմ ժամկետում չշտկելու դեպքում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը կձեռնարկի պայմանագրով նախատեսված առավելագույն պատասխանատվության միջոցները, որը, սակայն, կպահանջի որոշակի ժամանակ և ընթացակարգ` ծառայությունների առանձնահատկություններով պայմանավորված աղբահանության անընդհատությունն ապահովելու համար»,- ասվում է քաղաքապետարանի հայտարարության մեջ:
