Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը ներկայացրեց անտառահատումների դեմ պայքարի ուղղությունները

Հայաստանի բնապահպանության նախարարությունն անտառահատումների դեմ պայքարը հստակ տարանջատում է անտառամերձ համայնքների բնակիչներին իրենց տան ջեռուցման համար տրամադրվող փայտի ծավալներից. պետությունը յուրաքանչյուր տնային տնտեսության համար սահմանել է 8 խորանարդ մետր փայտանյութ, որը պարբերաբար տրվում է բոլոր անտառային տնտեսություններից և «Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկից: Սեպտեմբերի 7-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ անտառահատումների դեմ պայքարը մի քանի ուղղություն ունի: «Առաջինը տեխնիկական ուղղություններն են: Այսինքն, ճանապարհների վերահսկում, տեսախցիկների տեղադրում, աշխատավարձերի բարձրացում, մարդկանց ներգրավում, ովքեր շահագրգռված են, որպեսզի անտառահատումներ չլինեն»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց նախարարը:

Նախարարը հավելեց, որ անտառահատումների դեմ պայքարի մյուս ուղղությունն այլընտրանքային աղբյուրների ստեղծումն է այն համայնքների համար, որտեղ անտառահատումներն ապրուստի հիմնական միջոց են դարձել: «Վարչապետն արդեն հայտարարել է, որ 140 հազար դոլարի չափով դրամաշնորհներ կտրամադրվեն Հաղարծին գյուղի և շրջակայքի բնակիչներին՝ այլընտրանքային աղբյուրներ ձևավորելու համար:
Սակայն ես հավելեմ, որ մեր երկրի հարավային հատվածում մենք ունենք 8.2 միլիոն եվրո արժողությամբ մեծ ծրագիր, որտեղ մեծամասշտաբ տնտեսական աջակցություն ենք ցուցաբերում: Մասնավորապես, Շիկահողի տարածաշրջանի մի քանի գյուղերում բիզնեսի համար գումարներ են տրամադրվում, տների պատուհաններն են փոխվել, որպեսզի ջեռուցման համար ծախսերը նվազեն»,- մանրամասնեց Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը:

Նախարարը շեշտեց, որ ընդհանուր քաղաքականությունը տանում են նրան, որ անտառները չհատելու եղանակով անտառամերձ համայնքների համար ավելի շատ եկամուտներ ձևավորվեն, քան դա կարող է լինել անտառները հատելու պարագայում: Գրիգորյանը հստակեցրեց, որ Հայաստանի անտառները տնկված, միատեսակ արժեք չունեցող անտառներ չեն և հսկայական պոտենցիալ ունեն չհատվելու դեպքում ավելի մեծ եկամուտ ու արժեք գեներացնել:
