Երկրորդ երեխայի ծննդյան նպաստը եռապատկվելուց բացի առաջին զույգ երեխաների համար կհատկացվի 2 մլն դրամ

Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց երկրորդ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը եռապատկելու մասին հարցին: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյանը նշեց, որ առաջարկվող որոշման նախագծով երկրորդ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը կկազմի 150 հազար դրամ՝ ներկայիս 50 հազար դրամի փոխարեն:

Որոշումն ուժի մեջ կմտնի 2018թ. հունվարի 1-ից և տարածվելու է այն դեպքերի վրա, երբ երեխան ծնվել է 2018թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ին կամ դրանից հետո: «Որոշմամբ ցանկանում ենք հաղորդագրություն հղել, որ երկրորդ երեխայի ծնունդը ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի պետության համար և տենդենցը ցույց է տալիս, որ անհանգստանալու խնդիր կա, ուստի պետք է երկրորդ երեխայի ծննդին վերաբերվել պատասխանատու»,- ասաց Թանդիլյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ որոշումն իրականացնելու նպատակով պետությունն ընթացիկ տարվա ընթացքում կհատկացնի 350 մլն դրամ, այդ թվում նախարարության խնայողությունների հաշվին: Իր հերթին, առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը կարևորեց որոշման ընդունումը և նշեց, որ ունենք ծնունդների անկման տենդենց: Ըստ նրա՝ 2016 թվականին ծնունդների թիվը եղել է 40800, 2017-ին՝ 38 հազար:

«Հույս ունեմ՝ մյուս տարի կպարզվի, որ հատկացվող գումարները չեն հերիքում և անհրաժեշտ են տրամադրվող միջոցներն ավելացնել»,- ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանն էլ առաջարկեց զույգ երեխաների ծնվելու պարագայում՝ երկրորդ և երրորդ երեխայի հանրագումարը կրկնապատկվի, այսինքն` ընդհանուր ծնողները ստանան 2 մլն 300 հազար դրամ:

Վարչապետի օգնական Նաիրի Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ ներկայիս օրենքով հենց այդպես էլ նախատեսված է:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանն առաջարկեց առաջին երկու երեխաների՝ զույգ ծնվելու դեպքում նման կարգ սահմանել, ինչն արժանացավ կառավարության անդամների հավանությանը: Վարչապետը Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարին հանձնարարեց ներկայացված նախագծի ընդունումը հետաձգել և հաջորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ներկայացնել լրամշակված նախագիծը:

Երկրորդ երեխայի` մինչև 2018 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ը ծնված լինելու դեպքում երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2014 թվականի մարտի 6-ի N 275-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգով, նշանակվում և վճարվում է հիսուն հազար դրամի չափով:
