Արծվիկ Մինասյանի գնահատմամբ` հայ-ամերիկյան տնտեսական հարաբերությունները նոր որակական մակարդակ ունեն

Հայաստանը ջանքեր է գործադրում ԱՄՆ-ի հետ ներդրումների փոխադարձ համաձայնագիր ունենալու համար:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը: Նրա խոսքով` հայ-ամերիկյան տնտեսական հարաբերությունները ներկայումս նոր որակական մակարդակ ունեն:

«Մենք ջանքեր ենք գործադրում, որպեսզի ներդրումների փոխադարձ համաձայնագիր ունենանք ԱՄՆ-ի հետ, ինչը ամերիկյան կազմակերպությունների ներդրումներն ավելի խթանելու և առևտրաշրջանառության մասով նոր մեխանիզմներ գործադրելու հնարավորություն կտա: Այն, որ մենք ունենք բավական դրական և լավ պատմություններ ամերիկյան ներդրումների մասին մեր երկրում, հույս է տալիս, որ մենք կարող ենք ակնկալել ներդրումներ մեր տնտեսության ճյուղային ոլորտների առնվազն 80 %-ում: Դրանք վերաբերում են թե՛ բարձր տեխնոլոգիաներին, թե՛ թեթև արդյունաբերությանը, թե՛ ծառայությունների ոլորտին»,- ասաց Մինասյանը:

Նախարարն ակնկալում է, որ GSP համակարգն ու դրան զուգակցված նոր հնարավորությունների բացումն ամերիկյան կողմի հետ ավելի կմեծանա այս տարի:

«Ես հայտարարել եմ, որ առաջարկվում են շուրջ մեկ միլիարդ դոլարը գերազանցող ներդրումային ծրագրեր, որոնցից իրատեսական է 240 հազար դոլարի ներդրումներ ունենալ առաջիկա ժամանակահատվածում: Դրանց մի մասն արդեն իրականացվել է և վերաբերում է բարձր տեխնոլոգիաներին, լոգիստիկ հնարավորություններին, բարձր արտադրողականության գյուղատնտեսական վերամշակման ոլորտին և բարձրակարգ հյուրանոցային ծառայությունների ստեղծմանը: Ունենք առաջարկներ, որոնք վերաբերում են առողջապահական համակարգին, կրթական ոլորտին և այլն»,-ասաց նախարարը:
