Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի հերթական «բլեֆն» ու անհիմն որոշումը

Սևակ Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոյանի անվան շուրջ նոր սկանդալ է հասունանում: Այս մարդն այդպես էլ չխրատվեց, չսովորեց իր սխալների վրա, որ չի կարելի մարդուն անտեղի հեռացնել աշխատանքից, ինչ-որ նկատողություններ տալ ու ահաբեկել ԱԱԾ-ով: Այսօր էլ հայտնի է դարձել, որ Կոտայքի մարզի Գեղաշեն համայնքի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրեն Նաիրա Բաբայանի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է «խիստ նկատողություն» կարգապահական տույժ: Ըստ մարզպետարանի պարզաբանման, բազմաթիվ դժգոհությունների հիման վրա գրություն է ուղարկվել դպրոցի տնօրենին, պարզելու թե աշակերտներին միատիպ համազգեստ պարտադրելու մասին տեղեկությունները ճիշտ են թե ոչ:

Չգիտես ինչ սկզբունքներից ելնելով, իբր թե իրենք իրենց համար դա պարզել են, նայելով դպրոցի աշակերտների հագ ու կապին և նկատողություն տվել: Նախ ի գիտություն նորաթուխ մարզպետին, դպրոցներում այդ հարցի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ անձամբ նախարարն է հայտարարել, որ միասնական հագուստ կրելու հարցը լուծվում է դպրոցներում, ծնողական խորհուրդների կողմից, այսինքն այո պարտադրանք չպետք է լինի, բայց դպրոցի ծնողական խորհուրդն է որոշում աշակերտները միատիպ հագնեն, թե ոչ: Բնականաբար տնօրենն այս դեպքում ինչ-որ անձնական դրդապատճառ կամ շահ չէր կարող ունենալ, որպեսզի պարտադրեր նույնատիպ հագուստ, դա ծնողական խորհրդի որոշմամբ է եղել: Հավելենք նաև, որ այդ դեպքում, անգամ ֆինանսական տեսանկյունից դիտարկված, այն շատ ավելի մատչելի է ստացվում, քան մնացած բոլոր դեպքերում: Այս համատեքստում էլ, պարզ է դառնում, որ մարզպետարանի մեջբերած բազմաթիվ բողոքներն ուղղակի «բլեֆ» են, բողոք կլիներ այն դեպքում, երբ դա կոպիտ ասած հարվածեր ծնողների գրպանին, իսկ այս դեպքում գործում է բոլորովին հակառակ տարբերակը:

Բացի դա, մարզպետարանի ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցում արված հայտարարության տակ թողնված մեկնաբանություններն արդեն իսկ վառ ապացույց են այն պնդման, որ երբեք այս դպրոցում նման խնդիր չի եղել, նման դժգոհություն չի եղել, նախկին աշակերտներն անգամ իրենց գոհունակություն են հայտնում նույնատիպ հագ ու կապի վերաբերյալ: Եվ եթե այս ամենը համադրենք, ապա պարզ է դառնում, որ Ռոմանոսը հերթական անհիմն որոշումն է կայացրել, չարաշահելով սեփական պաշտոնական դիրքը՝ նկատողություն տալով մի մարդու, ով անվերապահորեն վայելում է համագյուղացիների վստահությունն ու հարգանքը:

Վատ չի, երբ քայլեր են արվում կրթական համակարգում բարելավումներ իրականացնելու համար, բայց դա չպետք է վերածվի անձնական ամբիցիաների բավարարման միջոցի, հակառակ պարագայում, ինչպես որ այս դեպքում է, կտուժեն արժանի ու նվիրված պաշտոնյաներ, իսկ դա թույլ տալ կնշանակի շարունակել նախկիններից ժառանգած արատավոր գործելաոճը, ինչն արմատախիլ անելու համար էր նաև իրականացրած հեղափոխությունը:
