Երևանյան դպրոցի ապակիները վնասած կրակոցներն արձակվել են «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայից. նոր մանրամասներ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ «Ֆրիտյոֆ Նանսենի» անվան թիվ 150 հիմնական դպրոցի մոտ տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի առթիվ։ 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 5-ին դպրոցի տնօրենից ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ դպրոցի մոտ արձակվել են կրակոցներ, որի հետևանքով վնասվել են ապակիները: Կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ պարզվել է, որ «Ֆրիտյոֆ Նանսենի» անվան թիվ 150 հիմնական դպրոցի դիմային պատուհանի և դպրոցի մարզադահլիճի հանդերձարանի պատուհանի վրա առկա են կրակոցի միջանցիկ անցքեր: Անմիջապես ձեռնարկվել են անհետաձգելի միջոցառումներ՝ պարզելու դեպքի հանգամանքները, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ դեկտեմբերի 5-ին՝ ժամը 13։30-ի սահմաններում, դպրոցի շենքին մոտեցող «BMW X5» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային հետապնդել է «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի մեջ գտնվող անձն ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ է արձակել «BMW X5»-ի ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով վնասվել է ավտոմեքենայի ապակին։ Բացի այդ, կրակոցները դիպել են նաև դպրոցի պատուհաններին։ Դեպքի առթիվ Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Քրեական գործով հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, ականատես վկաներ։ Նշանակվել է դատահետքաբանական, դատաձգաբանական և դատաքիմիական համալիր փորձաքննություն: Գրություն է ուղարկվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության ՃՈ ծառայություն` դեպքի վայրին մոտակա տեսախցիկների տեսաձայնագրություններն ստանալու նպատակով: Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնին` ձեռնարկել անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին (անձանց), հնարավոր տուժողներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: Քննության արդյունքների մասին կտեղեկացնենք լրացուցիչ։ Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
