ԱԻՆ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ակադեմիայում Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը շնորհավորեց ուսանողներին

Հայաստանի հանրապետության արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայի ուսանողներին Գիտելիքի օրվա կապակցությամբ ողջունեցին ու բարի երթ մաղթեցին ԱԻ նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը եւ ՃԿՊԱ ռեկտոր, գեներալ-մայոր Համլետ Մաթևոսյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

«Ակադեմիայում պատրաստում են երկրի և քաղաքացու անվտանգությունն ապահովող մասնագետներ, ուստի պետության անվտանգության հարցում ձեր պատասխանատվության չափն անհամեմատ մեծ է: Դուք գործ եք ունենալու մարդկային կյանքի հետ, դժվարին կացության մեջ նրանք ձեզ հետ են կապելու իրենց փրկության հույսը: Ձեզ մեծ կամք, դիմացկունություն և հոգու արիություն է պետք: Լիահույս եմ, որ ակադեմիայում ստացած գիտելիքներն ու հմտությունները ծառայեցնելու եք ապահով և անվտանգ պետություն ունենալու գաղափարին»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Ռեկտոր Համլետ Մաթևոսյանն ուսանողներին խնդրեց մի կողմ թողնել դպրոցներում ձեռք բերած վատ սովորությունները, կռվարարությունը, պատրաստ լինել կյանքը նվիրել ուրիշների փրկության գործին, ձեռք մեկնել կարիքավորին. «Ով մեկ անգամ մարդ է փրկում, այլևս երբեք փրկարարությունը չի թողնում, նրա ճակատագիրն արդեն որոշված է: Ես ձեզ խնդրում եմ ոչ միայն լավ սովորել, այլև ձեռք բերել մարդկանց հետ շփվելու մշակույթ: Բոլորը գիտեն, որ չի կարելի մեքենան վարել ոչ սթափ վիճակում և փողոցն անթույլատրելի տեղից անցնել, սակայն շարունակում են նման կերպ վարվել, քանի որ չկա անվտանգության մշակույթ: Դուք պետք է ձևավորեք այդ մշակույթը, ձեր ուսերին շատ մեծ բեռ է դրված»:

ՃԿՊԱ ուսումնական գծով պրոռեկտոր Հայկանդուխտ Ղարիբյանի խոսքով՝ այս տարի ակադեմիան բոլոր մարզերից և Արցախից առաջին կուրսեցիներ ունի: Երևանում նախատեսված տեղերը համալրվել են 65 տոկոսով, իսկ Ստեփանավանում՝ 100 տոկոսով:

32-ամյա Սոնա Առաքելյանն առաջին մասնագիտությամբ տնտեսագետ է: Ակադեմիայում ուսանող ընկերներից մեկի միջոցով ծանոթացել է ՃԿՊԱ կրթական ծրագրերին և առանց երկմտելու փրկարարի մասնագիտություն ստանալու որոշում կայացրել: Արդեն իսկ իրեն համազգեստով է պատկերացնում, լիահույս է, որ ստացած բարձրագույն կրթությունը կօգնի աշխատանք գտնել:

Արամուսցի 18-ամյա Ջիվան Առաքելյանը դպրոցական տարիքից հետաքրքրված է եղել փրկարարի մասնագիտությամբ: Անկեղծանում է՝ բնավորությամբ մարդասեր է, այս մասնագիտությունն իրեն հոգեհարազատ է: Դժվարություններից չի վախենում: Վստահ է՝ իսկական տղամարդը պետք է ամեն ինչի պատրաստ լինի:
