Աֆերիստ պալաչը չինական ընկերություններին 4 միլիոն դոլար "քցել է":

Մարգո Կոստանդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Արդեն բավականին ժամանակ է, հանրության մեջ շրջանառվում են լուրեր «պալաչ» մականունով Արթուր Հարությունյանի մասին, որը մեղադրանք է ներկայացրել իրավապահ մարմիններին՝ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի անվճար ուղևորափոխադրումների վերաբերյալ: Մեղադրանքը կայանում էր նրանում, որ ըստ Պալաչի, հիմնադրամի այդ գործնեությունը իր բիզնեսը «խեղդելու» և իրեն շուկայից վտարելու փորձ էր:
Սա մի փոքրիկ խաբեություն է, կազմակերպված ոչ այդքան հաջողակ աֆերիստի կողմից: Սկսենք նրանից, որ Պալաչը, գրավ դնելով իր հայրական օջախը ու ընկերների տարբեր արժողություն ունեցող գույքը, բացել է «Տրանս կոմֆորտ» և «Քինգ դելյուքս» ուղեվորափոխադրումներ կատարող ընկերությունները:

Հաջորդ քայլով Հարությունյանը որոշել է կապել ընդանուր 4000000 դոլար (!) արժեցող պայմանագիր չինական «Յութոնգ» և «Հայգեր» կազմակերպությունների հետ: Պայմանագիրը ուներ 2 տարվա մարման ժամկետ, և դրա դիմաց արդեն վճարված էր 15% կանխավճար: Ամեն 3 ամիսը մեկ նա պետք է կատարեր վճարում, սակայն ոչ մի անգամ այդ վճարումը տեղի չունեցավ: Այստեղ ծագում է հարց. եթե դու կապել էս 4 միլիոն դոլար արժեցող պայմանագիր, չես ծախսել այն տրանսպորտային ընկերություններիդ վրա , չես մարել գրավ դրած գույքի գումարը, չես վճարել պայմնագրի գումարը, ապա ինչպե՞ս էս դու սնանկ ճանաչվել: Իհարկե նրա համար, որպեսզի ազատվել չինական կազմակերպությունների հանդեպ ունեցած պարտավորվածություններից և երբեք էլ չվճարել այդ գումարը: Տրամաբանակա՞ն է, այո՛:

Շարունակենք: Ամենավատը այս պատմության մեջ ամենևին իրավախախտումները չեն, ֆինանսական հանցագործությոնները հաճախ են կատարվում, և նա վաղ թե ուշ դրա համար պատասխան կտա: Ամենավատը այն է, որ Պալաչը այնքան ցածր մարդ է, որ սնանկ ճանաչվելով և այդ փողերը «գռփելով» նույնիսկ ծնողների տան վարկը չմարեց՝ վերջիններիս թողնելով բախտի քմահաճույքին: Դե ընկերների գույքի մասին էլ արդեն նույնիսկ խոսք չկա: Եվ ամենաշլացուցիչը այն է, որ նա բանկից ևս մեկ անգամ սնանկ ճանաչվելուց հետո է փող ստացել, որպեսզի կատարի հենց այդ պարտականությունները: Ու էլի ոչինչ, գումարը ինչպես հայտնվեց, այդպես էլ հօդս ցնդեց: Ուղղակի չի կարող առողջ մարդու գլխում տեղավորվել, թե ինչքան ագահ ոչնչություն կարելի է լինել, և այդ ագահության գերին դառնալով՝ անցնել բոլոր բարոյական սահմանները։

Նույնիսկ Պալաչի նախկին ընկեր և միարժամանակ «Քինգ դելյուքս» ընկերության նախկին տնօրեն՝ Արթուր Դալաքյանը հարցազրույցի ժամանակ մի քանի անգամ նշեց, որ իր «ընկերը» օգտագործել է այդ գումարները արտերկրում մեքենաներ ու տուն գնելու, կլինիկա բացելու և այլ բիզնեսներ սկսելու համար: Մի խոսքով՝ բոլորին «քցել ու թռել ա», փողը ծախսելով մե՛կ սեփական հաճույքների, մե՛կ էլ այլ երկրներում բիզնես բացելու և նրանց բյուջեն ընդլայնելու վրա, երբ սեփական պետությանը մի «կոպեկ» անգամ հարկ չի վճարել ՝ ավելին իրեն տարել է կեղծ սնանկացման։

Հիմա էլ այս առնետահոգի մարդը մեղադրում է «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» հիմնադրամը իր «խնդիրները» ստեղծելու մեջ: Սա ուղղակի շոկ է առաջացնում, քանի որ հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն էր այն մարդը, որը մարեց իր ծնողների տան վարկը և հետ նվիրեց տունը նրանց ընտանիքին: Հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն է այն մարդը, որը հետ վերադարցրեց Պալաչին իր ավտոլվացման կետն ու բենզալցակայանը: Այսքանից հետո համարձակվել մեղադրել այս մարդուն «շուկայից վտարման» մեջ ուղղակի աբսուրդ է: Աբսուրդ, որին ընդունակ են միայն ամենացածր և ամենահիմար աֆերիստները, որոնք ոչ միայն ոչինչ չեն հասկանում պատվից ու մեծահոգությունից, այլ նաև նման հատկանիշներ ունեցող մարդկանց նախանձում, փնովում ու զրպարտում են:
