Գարեգին Մկրտչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Օրեր առաջ անհայտությունից ի հայտ եկած Արթուր Հարությունյանը, ով հանրությանը ավելի շատ հայտնի է Պալաչ անունով, փորձել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին մեղադրել իր բիզնեսը յուրացնելու մեջ: Հասկանալի է, այսօր բազմաթիվ ձախողակ անձինք, ովքեր ուզում են իրենց դրսևորել այնպիսի ոլորտներում, որոնցից բան չեն հասկանում, փորձում են իրենց ձախողումների պատճառը բարդել այլ մարդկանց վրա:


Սա հենց այդ դեպքերից է: Պալաչ անունը արդեն շատ բան է ասում այս անձի մասին և բավական է, որպեսզի նրա որևէ ասածը լուրջ չընկալվի: Առավել ևս լուրջ չէ Ծառուկյանին մեղադրել ինչ-որ բան յուրացնելու մեջ, այն դեպքում, երբ Ծառուկյանի անունը հանրության մոտ այսօր ասոցացվում է միայն մարդկանց օգնելու, նրանց տարբեր խնդիրները լուծելու հետ: Թե ինչի հետ կարող է ասոցացվել Պալաչ անունը հանրության մոտ, մնում է միայն գուշակել:

Իրականում բիզնես անելու դաշտում լիովին ձախողակ Պալաչը այսօր ուղղակի ուզում է ծածկել իր մեղքերը՝ ամեն ինչում անհիմն կերպով մեղադրելով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին: Ինչպես ասում են, պաշտպանության լավագույն ձևը հարձակումն է և Պալաչը փորձում է օգտվել հենց այս մեթոդից: Այնինչ փաստերը ճիշտ հակառակն են պնդում:

Այսպես, «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի կողմից տրամադրված անվճար երթուղին գործում է 2009 թվականից, այնինչ Պալաչը իր երթուղային բիզնեսը հիմնել է 2012 թվականին, և Պալաչի կողմից՝ անվճար երթուղու ու իր բիզնեսի սնանկացման միջև զուգահեռները անցկացնելը արդեն իսկ ծիծաղելի է: Բազմաթիվ անձինք, ովքեր գիտեն Պալաչին, կարող են փաստել, որ նա իր բիզնեսից ստացած եկամուտները ուղղակի մսխել է տարբեր ժամանցի վայրերում՝ փոխանակ դրանով սպասարկեր բիզնեսի կարիքները: Անհաջողակ, անհեռատես բիզնեսմենը, ով ինքն է դարձել իր սնանկացման պատճառը, այսօր փորձում է ամեն ինչում մեղքը բարդել Ծառուկյանի վրա:

Ավելին, շատերը կարող են փաստել, որ Պալաչը բիզնես հիմնելու համար վարկը ձեռք է բերել իր մտերիմների, հարազատների ու բարեկամների գույքը և անգամ հայրական տունը գրավի տակ դնելով, ապա սնանկանալուց հետո պարզապես թողել է նրանց դրսում, փողոցում և հեռացել երկրից: Սա տարրական պատասխանատվության բացակայություն է մտերիմների, հարազատների և անգամ սեփական ծնողների հանդեպ: Այսօր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն է Պալաչի ծնողներին ապահովել տնով և եկամտի աղբյուրով, այն դեպքւոմ, երբ ոչ մի բարոյական պատասխանատվություն նրանց հանդեպ չունի, մինչ նրանց որդին ծնողներին թողած՝ արտերկրում է ապրում: Փաստորեն Պալաչը ինքն է ունեզուրկ դարձել իր մտերիմներին, հարազատներին և նույնիսկ իր ծնոնղրեին, իսկ այսօր դրա մեջ մեղադրում է Ծառուկյանին, այն դեպքում, երբ Ծառուկյանը հարյուրավոր ընտանիքների, այդ թվում Պալաչի հորն ու մորը անձամբ իր միջոցներով է ապահովել բնակարաններով:


Պալաչի մասին այսքան չէինք գրի, եթե նա չփորձեր սեփական սխալները քողարկելով ուրիշին մեղադրել դրանց համար: Այսքան ժամանակի ընթացքում, մինչ Պալաչը իր ձեռքով ունեզուրկ դարձրած սեփական բարեկամներից ու մտերիմներից թաքնվում է արտերկրում, փոխանակ փսրձեր հասկանալ իր սխալները և հետևություն աներ, դեռ շարժվում է նույն ճանապարհով, իր անլրջությունը, եկամուտները մսխելն ու անարդյունավետ բիզնես անելը փորձելով թաքցնել՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին զրպարտելով: Վստահ ենք, ժամանակը կտա բոլոր հարցերի պատասխանը և ցույց կտա, թե ով է Պալաչը իրականում:
