Սրբություն չունեցող Պալաչի անհիմն բողոքը կշրջվի իր դեմ

Վերջին շրջանում մամուլում ամենաքննարկվող թեմաներից է Արթուր Հարությունյանի բողոքի համաձայն ընդունված վարույթն է, ըստ որի վերջինս իր ուղեվորափոխադրող ընկերությունների սնանկացման մեջ մեղադրում է «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» հիմնադրամին՝ նույն երթուղիով անվճար բարեգործական ավտոբուսներ տրամադրելու համար։ Արդարության համար պետք է նշել նաև, որ այդ քննարկումները միակողմանի են, այսինքն անարգանքի պատին հանրությունը գամում է միայն Պալաչին: Հիմա բացատրենք ինչու...
Արթուր Հարությունյանն, ով ավելի հայտնի է Պալաչ անունով, մոռանում է երևի մի շարք ամոթալի դեպքեր, որոնց արդյունքում էլ տեղի է ունեցել իր սնանկացումը և այժմ նույնքան ամոթալի պահվածքով անհիմն մեղադրանքներ է հնչեցնում։
Պալաչն, ով խոշոր վարկ էր վերցրել, իրականում գերադասել է այցելել խաղատներ, շքեղ մեքենաներ գնել, թագավորական կյանքով ապրել, քան վարկով բիզնես ներդրումներ կատարել և մտածել վարկի մարման մասին։ Պալաչի մարդկային տեսակի և բարոյակական արժեքների բացակայության մասին վկայում է նաև այն, որ վերջինս, հայրական տունը գրավ դնելով և չմտածելով մարման մասին՝ լքել է երկիրը, բախտի քմահաճույքին թողնելով ծնողներին, բայց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր անձնական միջոցներով մուծել է վարկը և Պալաչի ծնողներին է վերադարձրել տունը։ Բացի դրանից Ծառուկյանը նաև առգրավվումից փրկել է Պալաչի բենզալցակայանն ու ավտոլվացման կետը։
Այն վարույթը, որն այժմ հարուցվել է, անգամ չունի իրավական հիմք, քանի որ իրեն հերոս համարող Պալաչն իրականում ինքնասնանկացման «հանճարեղ» սցենարի արդյունքում, պետությունից ստացել է խոշոր գումար , իսկ ինքնասնանկացումը քրեորեն պատժելի է և եթե հետաքննության արդյունքում դա պարզվի, ապա Պալաչն ինքը կենթարկվի պատասխանատվության։
Նշված փաստերը միանգամայն վկայում են այն մասին, որ Պալաչ անունով անշնորհակալը չունի որևէ սրբություն, որ նա չի վարանել անգամ լքել իր ծնողներին և թողնել տունը կորցնելու վտանգի մեջ։ Ինչ վերաբերվում է «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի անվճար հիմունքով տրամադրած ավտոբուսներին՝ դրանք շահարկվել են տարիներ շարունակ, քանի որ դրանց կարիքը եղել , իսկ Պալաչի ընկերությունների սնանկացումը չի կարող այդ հանգամանքով պայմանավորված լինել, քանի որ այժմ «Մուլտի ավտոտրանս» ընկերությունն ու անվճար ավտոբուսները նույն երթուղիում են և ընկերության սնանակացման մասին խոսք լինել անգամ չի կարող:
