Ֆինանսական ավանտյուրա, որը կազդարարի Պալաչի վերջը

Անդրանիկ Մաթևոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Բոլորն էլ հիշում են տարիներ առաջ Արթուր Հարությունյանի անվան հետ կապված պատմությունը, երբ նրա ուղևորափոխադրական ընկերությունները ՝ «Քինգ Դելյուքսը» և «Տրանս Կոմֆորտը» սնանկ հայտարարվեցին: Այդ ժամանակ նա մեղադրեց «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամին, նույն երթուղիներում քաղաքացիներին անվճար տեղափոխելու համար: Ճիշտ է , որոշ ժամանակ անց նա ներողություն խնդրեց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանից և ընդուցեց անվճար ավտոբուսների անհրաժեշտության փաստը:
Այդ դեպքերից հետո Պալաչը լքում է երկիրը, բայց օրեր առաջ նա վերադարձել է և բողոք ներկայացրել «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի դեմ: Բողոքում նա նշում է , որ հիմնադրամը քաղաքացիներին անվճար տեղափոխելով վնասել է իր բիզնեսը , և իբր թե դա եղել է միտումնավոր քայլ: Բայց այստեղ կա մի նրբություն ՝ անվճար ավտոբուսները գործում են արդեն 20 տարի, մինչդեռ Պալաչն այդ բիզնեսները բացել է 2013 թ-ին:
Պարզվում է, որ բանկերից վերցված վարկերի ընդամանը մի փոքր մասն է բիզնեսի մեջ ներդրվել, իսկ մյուս մասը կամ երկրից դուրս է հանվել, կամ թանկարժեք ավտոմեքենաների վրա է ծախսվել, կամ էլ մնացել են խաղատների պատերում: Ինչևէ, սա միակ զարմանալու փաստը չէ: Արթուր Հարությունյանը այդքան խոշոր չափի վարկ ստանալու համար, գրավադրել էր հին բիզնեսները և հայրական տունը, որոնք իր երկրից գնալուց հետո անցել էր բանկին, և ծնողները մնացել էին բախտի քմահաճույքին: Բայց, պարզվում է, որ սնանկ ճանաչվելուց հետո, պետությունը որոշ չափի գումար է տվել Պալաչին, ինչով նա կարող էր հետ վերցնել հայրական օջախը և տալ ծնողներին, բայց սրբապիղծ Պալաչը այդ գումարների հետ միասին լքում է երկիրը: Բոլորին հայտնի է, որ տունը, ավտոլվացման կետը և բենզալցակայանը Հարությունյանների ընտանիքին վերադարձրել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը իր անձնական գումարներով:
Խոսելով «Քինգ Դելյուքս» ընկերության նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Դալաքյանի հետ , նա պատմեց, որ Պալաչը «քցել է» անգամ իր մոտ ընկերներին, վերցնելով խոշոր գումարներ և չվերադարձնելով: Հարցին թե արդյուք հիմնադրամը մեղք ունի Պալաչի սնանկացման հետ Ա. Դալաքյանը պատասխանեց , որ հիմնադրամ անվճար ուղևորափոխադրումը առ այսօր գործում է և միաժամանակ գործում է նաև «Մուլտի ավտոտրանս» ընկերությունը, որը նուն երթուղղին է սպասարկում, և մեկը մեկին ոչ մի կերպ չի վնասում: Նա պատմեց նաև , որ Պալաչը հսկայական գումարներ է օտարել Հայաստանից դեպի Լեհաստան և հիմա արդեն պարզ է դառնում, որ նա իր սնանկությանը դիտավորյան է կազմակերպել:
ԵՎ հիմա արդեն կազմվեց Պալլաչի պատկերը ՝ խաղամոլ ավանտյուրիստ, որն առանց խղճի խայթի իր ծնողներին թողեց կոտրած տաշտակի առջև,ինքնակամ գնաց սնանկության՝ ֆինանսական աֆյոռա կազմակերպելով, իսկ հիմա եկել է , և իր լեզվով ասած «փորձում է փող քերել» այն մարդուց, ով փրկել է իր ընտանիքը: Նա ուղղակի չի հասկանում, որ վերադարձել է Նոր Հայաստան, ու իրա փորած փոսը հենց ինքնել ընկնելու է: Հիշեցնենց , որ համաձայն ՀՀ քրեական օրհենսգրքի 193-րդ հոդվածին ՝ կանխամտածված սնանկության գնալը համարվում է քրեորեն պատժելի հանցագործություն:
