Պալաչի անիրավաչափ բողոքն ու անշնորհակալ վարքագիծը

Նորիկ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Քինգ Դելյուքս» և «Տրանս Կոմֆորտ» ընկերությունների նախկին սեփականատեր Արթուր Հարությունյանի բողոքի համաձայն օգոստոսի 20-ին հարուցվել է վարույթ այն մասին, թե իբր նշված ընկերությունները սնանկացել են «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» հիմնադրամի կողմից տրամադրված անվճար ավտոբուսների շահարկման պատճառով։
Արթուր Հարությունյանն, ով ավելի հայտնի է որպես Պալաչ, իրականում սնանկացել է ոչ թե նույն երուղիներով իրականացված անվճար ուղևորափոխադրումների, այլ իր իսկ վերցրած խոշոր վարկը չտրամաբանված տնօրինելու և իրեն թագավորական ճոխություններ թույլ տալու հետևանքով։
Պալաչի՝ իր մեղքով սնանկանալու մեղքը «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի վրա բարդելու փորձն իրականում չունի իրավական որևէ հիմք և այդ մասին բարձրաձայնում են նաև ոլորտի մասնագետները։ Այն որ իրականացվել է անվճար ուղևորափոխադրում, կարելի է միայն ողջունել , քանի որ այդ երթուղայինների կարիքը եղել է և միայն դրանց շնորհիվ մի շարք քաղաքացիներ տարիներ շարունակ կարողացել են տեղափոխվել քաղաքից քաղաք ։ Անվճար ավտոբուսների կարևորության մասին խոսել է նաև ինքը՝ Պալաչը, իսկ այսօր ստոր կերպով փորձում է անհիմն մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնել։
ՈՒշագրավ է նաև այն, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը մշտապես աջակցել է Պալաչի ընտանիքին, անգամ վճարել է չմարված վարկը, որպեսզի վերջինս չզրկվի հայրական տնից։ Պալաչի ավտոլվացման կետն ու բենզալցակայանը ևս որպես բարի կամքի դրսևորում՝ ետ է վերադարձվել վերջինիս, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շնորհիվ։
Նշված փաստերը վկայում են այն մասին, որ Պալաչը զուրկ է բարոյական որակներից, որ հեռու է տղամարդկային որևէ քայլ անելու կարողությունից և առհասարակ, նրա նմանի կողմից հնչեցված յուրաքանչյուր խոսք զուրկ է ադեկվադությունից ։
