Բիզնես հոտառության բացակայությունը սննկացրեց Պալաչին

Արման Հարոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ավելի քան երկու տասնամյակ Երևան-Աբովյան-Երևան և Երևան-Չարենցավան-Երևան ուղղություններով գործում են «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի՝անվճար ուղևորափոխադրումներ կատարող երթուղայինները։ Անվճար երթուղին, որը տեղի բնակչությանը ֆինանսական ծանր պայմաններում մեծ օգնություն է համարվում, որոշ մարդիկ համարում են իրենց բիզնեսի սննկացման պատճառ։
Խոսքը Պալաչ մականվամբ Արթուր Հարությունյանի մասին է, ով 2008 և 2009 թվականներին ունենալով «մշուշոտ» բիզնես գաղափար, հսկայական վարկեր է վերցնում, գրավ դնելով հայրական տունը և իր ունեցած այլ բիզնեսները և հիմնում է «Քինգ Դելյուքս» և «Տրանս Կոմֆորտ» ՍՊ ընկերությունները, որոնք Արթուր Դալաքյանի տնօրինությամբ սկսում են սպասարկել վերոհիշյալ երթուղիները։ Դալաքյանի խոսքից ակնհայտ է դառնում, Պալաչի ծավալած բիզնեսից եկած շահույթը ոչ թե ուղղվում էր բանկի նկատմամբ պարտավորությունների կատարմանը, այլ գումարները կամ ծախսվում էին սեփական հոգսերը հոգալու, խաղատներում խաղալու վրա, կամ էլ երկրից դուրս էին հանվում՝ արտերկրում բիզնեսներ ծավալելու համար։ Այս ամենը նկատելով Դալաքյանը կանխատեսել էր Պալաչի մոտալուտ սննկացումը և զգուշացրել նրան, սակայն ապարդյուն:
Այն ժամանակ, երբ Պալաչը իրեն «լուրջ բիզնեսմեն» էր համարում, բազմաթիվ ֆինանսական պարտավորություններ էր կրում «իր ուսերին»։ Պարտք էր ընկերներին, ծանոթներին, ազգականներին։ Քանի-քանի ընկերներ են սննկացել հենց Պալաչի պատճառով, ու նա առանց ամոթի զգացման համարում է, որ իր բիզնեսի սննկացման պատճառը անվճար երթուղիների գոյությունն է։
Հաշվի առնելով այն փաստը, որ 2015 թվականին բանկը՝ իր հաճախորդի՝ Պալաչի, պարտավորությունները չկատարելու պատճառով, մեծ խնդիրների առաջ էր կանգնել, և արտոնյալ պայմաններով վարկ առաջարկելով «Մուլտի Ավտոտրանս» ՍՊԸ-ին, վերջինիս է վաճառում տվյալ երթուղին սպասարկելու արտոնագրերը: Դրա արդյունքում Պալաչը ստանում է բավականին մեծ գումարներ և 2015 թվականից ի վեր երթուղիները սկսում է սպասարկել «Մուլտի Ավտոտրանս» ՍՊԸ-ն: Զուգահեռ չեն դադարում գործել նաև «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի անվճար երթուղայինները, ինչը պետք է ենթադրեր, որ «Մուլտի Ավտոտրանս» ՍՊԸ-ն վնաս է հասցնում ինքն իրեն, որը բնականաբար այդպես չէ։
Պալաչը, ով բազմիցս փոխել է իր կարծիքը անվճար երթուղիների մասին և մեղադրում է Ծառուկյանին իր սննկացման մեջ, մոռանում է, որ գրավադրված հայրական տունը, բենզալցակայանն ու ավտոլվացման կետը հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն է վերադարձրել իր ընտանիքին՝ բանկերին վճարելով մի քանի հարյուր հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար գրավը։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ստացված վարույթը նույնիսկ քննելու կարիք չկա, քանի որ բիզնես հոտառությունը հատկանիշ է, որը չունի Պալաչը, և ոչ մի քննչական կոմիտե նրան այդ հարցում օգնել չի կարող։ Պալաչի սնանկացման մեջ միակ ու «անկրկնելի» մեղավորը հենց ինքն է:
