Պալաչի անփառունակ անցյալն ու «աբիժնիկին» հատուկ ներկան

Լյովա Մնացականյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Շատերը կհիշեն տարիներ առաջ տեղի ունեցած մի իրադարձություն, երբ Արթուր Հարությունյանը, նույն ինքը Պալաչը, պարբերաբար իր խոսքը փոխելով, փորձում էր ինչ-որ մեղադրականներ հնչեցնել «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի անվճար հիմունքներով տրամադրված երթուղայինների հասցեին: Բանն այն է, որ բարեգործական հիմնադրամի երթուղայիները սպասրկում էին նույն այն երթուղին, որտեղ իր բիզնես գործունեությունն էր ծավալում նաև Պալաչը: Սակայն նշենք նաև, որ դա իրականացվել է շատ ավելի վաղուց, քան Հարությունյանը կմտներ բիզնեսի մեջ: Սկզբնական շրջանում Պալաչը շատ տգեղ և ոչ ադեկվատ արտահայտություններ թույլ տվեց իրեն, այնուհետև որոշ ժամանակ անց, ինքն իրեն հերքելով, մեղանչելով ներողություն խնդրեց Ծառուկյանից ասելով, որ մեծահոգաբար Ծառուկյանը կների իրեն և այո հաշվի առնելով բնակչության սոցիալտնտեսական ծանր կարգավիճակը, անձամբ փաստեց, որ նրանք ունեն այդ երթուղայինների կարիքը: Հիշեցնենք, որ խոսքը Աբովյան-Երևան Աբովյան և Չարենցավան-Երևան-Չարենցավան երթուղու մասին է:
Հիմա էլ, սույն Պալաչը, վերադարձել է Հայաստան և ՀՔԾ-ում դիմում ներկայացրել, թե իբր բարեգործական երթուղայինների պատճառով է, որ նրա ընկերությունը սննկացել է: Շատ ավելի լավ, այս լպրծունի անընդհատ փոփոխվող և միմյանց հակասող խոսքերը ՀՔԾ-ն կստուգի և կպարզի, թե իրականում ինչն է եղել նրա սննկացման պատճառը:
Բանն այն է, որ իր բիզնես գործունեությունը սկսելու համար, Արթուր Հարությունյանը գրավադրմամբ խոշոր վարկ էր վերցրել: Գրավադրված էր անգամ նրա հայրական տունը: Իր կողմից սխալ բիզնես քաղաքակնության և սխալ կառավարման արդյունքում, նրա ընկերությունը, չկարողանալով մարել վարկերը կամաց-կամաց գնաց սննկացման: Դե ինչպես կարող էր նրա բիզնես պրոյեկտը աշխատեր, երբ նա դեռ վարկերի մեջ թաղված, թանկարժեք մեքենաներով էր ման գալիս, մի քանի թիկնապահներով և ավտոմեքենաների շարասյունով, կարծես թե իրեն զգում էր հաջողված և կայացած գործարարի դերում, սակայն բոլորն էլ գիտեին, որ նա բացարձակ չի համապատասխանում իր դերին և այդպես շարունակելու, ցոփ ու շվայթ կյանք վայելելու, գումարներն անտեղի վատնելու արդյունքում, հայտնվելու է սննկացման առաջ: Այս համատեքստում էլ, բարեգործական երթուղայինների մեղավորությունը բացարձակ չկա, դա նորից կրկնենք, սխալ քաղաքականության և կառավարման արդյունք է:
Հավելենք նաև, որ երբ Պալաչը սնանկ ճանաչվելուց հետո, փախավ Հայստանից, իր իսկ ծնողներին դատապարտելով փողոցում հայտնվել, չէ որ հայրական տունը ևս գրավադրված էր, նրանց օգնության ձեռք է մեկնել հենց Ծառուկյանը և մի քանի հարյուր հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար վճարելով, կարողացել է «փրկել» Պալաչի հայրական տունը և վկայականը հանձնել է ծնողներին: Ինչից հետո պարբերաբար նրանց տարիքն ու մարդկային հատկանիշները հաշվի առնելով հանդերձ, դրամական օգնություններ է ցուցաբերել: Այդքանից հետո, այս լպրծունը, կրկին անգամ որոշել է դիրքորոշումը 180 աստիճանով փոխել և նորից հին երգը երգել՝ այս անգամ ՀՔԾ-ում:
Սեփական ծնողներին բախտի քմահաճույքին թողած անարժան զավակը մարդկային հատկանիշներ ունենալ էլ չի կարող, որպեսզի գնահատի մարդկանց բարի կամքի դրսևորումները, էլ ուր մնաց որ ինչ-որ մի լուրջ փաստարկ ներկայացնի:
Վստահաբար կարելի է ասել, որ մոտ ապագայում իրավապահները կպարզեն, որ պալաչն իր խելքից է սննկացել և նրա դիմումը անհիմն զրպարտանք է ոչ ավելին, սեփական սխալները այլոց վրա բարդելու անհաջող փորձ: Այս ամենից հետո հանրույթյունն իր կարծիքը կհայտնի թե Արթուր Հարությունի, թե բարեգործական երթուղայինների, բավական է ուղղակի հարցնել և ամեն ինչ պարզ կդառնա:
