Մինաս Ասատուրի Խանջյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը, ում անունը արդն քաջ հայտնի է բոլորին, քանի որ արդեն բավականին երկար ժամանակ գտնվում է անհասկանալի դատական քաշքշուկների մեջ, օրեր առաջ բավականին անկեղծ ասուլիս ունեցավ լրագրողների հետ և տվեց բոլոր հարցերի պատասխանները: Հիշեցնենք, որ Հարությունովին ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու մեղադրանքով ձերբակալվել է, Էդուրադ Բաբայանը, և արդեն երկար ժամանակ գտնվում է կալանքի մեջ: Իսկ կլանավորման համար հիմք է հանդիսացել դատաբժշկական եզրակացությունը, որում գրված էր, որ Հարույթունովը իբր ստացել է ուղեղի ցնցում, կողոսկրի կոտրվածք, ծակվել է նրա թոքը:

Բայց եթե դեպքի երկրորդ իսկ օրը Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի դեմքին չկային կապտուկներ կամ քերծվածքներ, էլ ինչպես կարող էին լինել կոտրված կողեր, ծակված թոքեր, սալջարդ կամ ուղեղի ցնցում, երբ մարդը երկրորդ օրը հարցազրույց ունեցավ ու դեռ դատարանի դռան մոտ ժամերով կանգնած՝ սպասում էր եղելությունը իրավապահներին հայտնելու համար:

Ստացվում է, որ այս փաստերը ապացուցում են, որ այս պատմությունը ծայրից ծայր խեղաթյուրված է: Եվ առնվազն ծիծաղելի է, երբ չկա տուժող և առկա են այսքան ակնհայտ իրողություններ, էդուարդ Բաբայանը շարունակում է կալանքի տակ մնալ:

Դեպքից անցել է մեկ ամսից էլ ավել ժամանակ, բայց Հարությունովը չի դադարում բարձրաձայնել վերոնշյալ հարցերի մասին ու սա դեռ ամենը չէ:

Նա և նրա իրավապաշտպպանենրը հայտարարում են, որ մեկ անգամ չէ, որ խախտվել են Հարությունովի իրավունքները քննչական մարմնում: Եվ այս ապօրինությունների ողջ շղթան լուրջ մտահոգության առիթ է տալիս ու հիմնավորում այն վարկածը, որ գործի հանդեպ կա կանխակալ վերաբերմունք և այլ հանգուցալուծում է ակնկալվում գործում ներքաշված իրավապահների ու դատական բշիշկների, ասել է թե նաև՝ նրանց պատվիրատուների կողմից:

Կարծում ենք, որ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը պետք է ծանոթանա այս գործին ու կանխի տարիներ ի վեր մեր արդարադատության համակարգում արմատացած դատաբժշկական կեղծ եզրակացությունների և հարցաքննություններ կորզելու մեխանիզմը, ինչը մեր քաղաքացիներին զրկում է արժանապատիվ ու օրինապհ երկրում ապրելու հավատից:
