ՊՆ-ի համար 10 կազմակերպություններ 10 միլիարդ դրամի մատակարարումները խախտումներով են իրականացրել. ԱԱԾ

ՀՀ վարչապետի՝ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի գծով օգնականի կողմից հայտնած տվյալների և տրամադրված փաստաթղթային հիմքերի հիման վրա Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության (ԱԱԾ) ռազմական հակահետախուզության գլխավոր վարչությունում նախապատրաստված նյութերով ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացում): Այդ մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱԱԾ լրատվական բաժնից:

Քրեական գործով պարզված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գործող շուրջ 10 առևտրային ընկերություններ 2009-2017 թվականների ընթացքում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ կնքված պայմանագրերով հանձն են առել բանակի կարիքների համար մատակարարել ավելի քան տաս միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ արժեքով տարատեսակ ապրանքներ և սպառազինություն, սակայն պայմանագրային ժամկետներն էականորեն խախտելով, առանց հիմնավոր պատճառների, մատակարարումներն առ այսօր չեն իրականացրել, կամ մատակարարել են պայմանագրերում նախատեսվածից իրականում ցածր արժեք ունեցող, անորակ ապրանքներ:

«Նախաքննության ընթացքում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ համատեղ ստուգվելու են առևտրային ընկերություններին փոխանցված գումարների տնօրինման, արդեն իսկ մատակարարված ապրանքների ընդունման և գործի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող մյուս հանգամանքները: Պետությանը պատճառված վնասի ճշգրիտ չափը հաշվարկելու համար նշանակվելու են համապատասխան ստուգումներ և փորձաքննություններ, պարզաբանվելու են անօրինական գործարքներին մասնակցած անձինք և նրանց արարքներին տրվելու է քրեաիրավական գնահատական։

ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի հետ ակտիվ համագործակցությունը կրելու է շարունակական բնույթ»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
