Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը ստիպված դիմում է ՀՀ վարչապետին

Աշոտ Աղայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի դեպքը հավակնում է դառնալ նոր Հայաստանի ամենաաղմկոտ դեպքերից մեկը, երբ առանց ցուցմունքի, առանց որևէ ապացույցի կալանավորել են Էդուարդ Բաբայանին՝ ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու մեղադրանքով, այնինչ ենթադրյալ տուժողը բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել է ու շարունակում է բարձրաձայնել, որ ոչ մի ծեծկռտուք չի եղել և ինքը ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ չունի:

Թերևս առայսօր չի եղել նման քրեական գործ, որ ենթադրյալ տուժողը բոլոր հնարավոր հարթակներով զլմ-ներին պարբերաբար տեղեկացնի, որ դատաբժշկայան փորձաքննությունը կեղծ է և կեղծ եզրակացության հիմա վրա մարդուն ենթարկել են ոչ իրավաչափ ու անհիմն կալանքի:

Դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը նշում էր, որ Հարությունովը ստացել է բազմակի հարվածներ, ինչի արդյունքում կոտրվել էր նրա կողոսկրը, ծակվել էր թոքը, նա ուներ սալջարդներ, ուղեղի ցնցում և այլ կոտրվածքներ, մի խոսքով այնպիսի վնասվածքներ, որոնց պարագայում մարդը պետք է երկար ժամանակ եթե ոչ հիվանդանոցում, ապա գոնե անկողնային ռեժիմում լիներ:

Այնինչ Հարությունովը ենթադրյալ դեպքի 2-րդ օրը դուրս է գրվում հիվանդանոցից իր դիմումի համաձայն, անմիջապես հանդիպում լրագրողների հետ, որ հերքի ծեծկռտուքի մասին վարկածները, ակտիվորեն շարժվում, խոսում, երեկոյան ժամերով ոտքի վրա սպասում դատարանի շենքի առջև: Մի՞թե նման վնասվածքներ ունեցած մարդը կարող էր նման ֆիզիկական ակտիվություն ցուցաբերեր, ինչպես լիակատար առողջ մարդը, այն էլ 2 օր հետո: Բնականաբար չէր կարող և դա կարող է փաստել ցանկացած բժիշկ կամ մասնագեետ: Հետևաբար դատաբժշկական եզրակացությունը կեղծ է եղել, ուրեմն կեղծ է նաև դրա վրա հիմնված քրեական գործը:

Հետաքրքիր է, որ Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը մշտապես բարձրաձայնում է այս խնդիրների մասին, արդեն բազմիցս հարցազրույցներ և ասուլիսներ է տվել լրագրողներին, բայց ապարդյուն:

Վերջին ասուլիսի ժամանակ նա նաև խոսել է այն մասին, որ քննչական մարմնում իր վրա լուրջ հոգեբանական ճնշումներ են գործադրվել, խախտվել են իր իրավունքները, մասնավորապես, նրան տեսանյութեր են ցույց տվել և ասել, որ իրենց ուզած ցուցմունքը չտալու դեպքում դրանք կհանրայնացնեն, ինչի արդյունքում նա «կխայտառակվի» ամբողջ ազգի առաջ և այլն: Այս մասին նա հայտնել է նաև Վերաքննիչ դատարանում, ինչը ձայնագրվել է և որտեղ ներկա են եղել գործով քննիչն ու դատախազը, բայց կրկին անարդյունք: Դատարանը Էդուարդ Բաբայանին դեռ պահում է կալանքի տակ:

Տեսնելով, որ այս ամենը դեռ անօգուտ է, երեկ իր ասուլիսի ժամանակ Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը ստիպված դիմեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որպեսզի նա ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահի այս գործը, քանի որ գործում կան բազմաթիվ մուտ կետեր:

Կեղծ դատաբժշկական եզրակացություն տված անձը պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ, ինչպես նաև պետք է պատժվեն բոլոր այն անձինք, ում հրահանգով տրվել է այդ եզրակացությունը, քանի որ նման գործելաոճը արատավորում է ամբողջ դատական համակարգը, կոտրում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հավատը արդարադատության նկատմամբ:
