Դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն թե՞ ապօրինի և կեղծ եզրակացություն

Էդվարդ Մանուկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Արդեն մեկ ամսից ավելի է, որ ՀԱՕԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի օգնական Էդուարդ Բաբայանը գտնվում է կալանքի տակ։ Ենթադրյալ տուժողը, ով ի սկզբանե պրոմեդոլ դեղի ազդեցության տակ էր ցուցմունք տվել հերքել է իր բոլոր ցուցումքները: Այս պահին ոչ մի հիմք չկա Բաբայանին կալանքի տակ պահելու համար:
Ինչևէ, ըստ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության, ենթադրյալ տուժողը ստացել է բավականին լուրջ վնասվածքներ՝ կողոսկրի կոտրվածք ինչի հետևանքով ծակվել է թոքը, բայց իրականում որևէ մարմնական վնասվածքի չի եղել։ Վերոնշյալում կրկին անգամ կարող ենք համոզվել՝ դիտելով Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի մասնակացությամբ տեսանյութերը, որոնցում վերջինս ժամերով կանգնում է դատարանի առջև, ակտիվ խոսում լրագրողների հետ, ցուցաբերում ակտիվ շարժունակություն։ Արագ կերպով եզրակացություն տված դատաբժիշկը մեկ վայրկյան գոնե պետք է մտածած լիներ, որ այդպիսի մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացած մարդը չի կարող լիակատար առողջ մարդու պես իրեն պահել,խոսել և շարժվել: Էլ չեմ խոսում դեմքի վրա ծեծկռտուքի հետքերի կամ կապտուկների մասին, որոնք լիովին բացակայում են Հարությունովի դեպքում:
Հասկանալի է, որ նմանատիպ վնասվածքներ ստացած անձի վերականգնողական պրոցեսը երկար ժամանակ կպահանջի և պետք է անցնի միմիայն բժիշկների վերահսկողության տակ։ Սակայն Հարությունովը ենթադրյալ դեպքից 2 օր հետո արդեն իսկ դատարանի առջև ոտքի վրա ժամերով սպասում էր, ինչն էլ վկայում է, որ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը եզրակացությունը ընդհանրապես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Կոտրված կողոսկր և ծակված թոք ունեցող մարդը չի կարող ակտիվորեն շարժել, բարձրացնել թևերը, ինչպես նաև չի կարող բարձր ձայնով խոսել լրագրողների հետ. Դա ուղղակի անհնար է և սա կփաստի ցանկացած բժիշկ մասնագետ:
Ցանկանում ենք հրավիրել իրավապահ մարմինների ուշադրությունը այս դեպքին, քանզի չպետք է թույլ տալ, որ նոր իրողությունում նման դեպքեր տեղի ունենան և մեծ սպասումներ ունենք, որ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունն իրականացրած ողջ անձնանակզմը անբարեխիղճ եզրակացության համար կենթարկվեն պատասխանատվության։
Սպասում ենք նաև, որ վերջապես այս մասին կխոսի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը և քայլեր կկատարի անբարեխիղճ դատաբշիժկներին իրավական պատասխնատավության ենթարկելու համար:
