Պետք է դադարենք Սևանա լճին վերաբերվել որպես ջրի տարա. վարչապետի մոտ քննարկվել են ոռոգման շրջանի խնդիրները

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են ոռոգման շրջանի հրատապ լուծում պահանջող խնդիրները:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վարչապետը նախ անդրադարձել է ոռոգման հետ կապված առկա կարիքներին, ավելի վաղ ներկայացված կանխատեսումներին և ընդգծել. «Ընդհանրապես, Սևանա լճի այսօրվա իրավիճակը մեզ ստիպում է արձանագրել, որ պետք է դադարենք Սևանին վերաբերվել որպես խաղալիք կամ ջրի տարա: Դա բացարձակապես անթույլատրելի է, և Սևանին որպես ջրի տարա վերաբերվելու գործելակերպը, ցավոք, արդեն երկար ժամանակ Հայաստանում վերածվել է պետական քաղաքականության ու դրա հետևանքները մենք այսօր տեսնում ենք: Հույս ունեմ, որ ներկաները հենց այս տրամադրությամբ և տրամադրվածությամբ են եկել այսօրվա քննարկմանը: Մենք պետք է այս փակ ու անցանկալի շղթան ի վերջո ճեղքենք»:

Այնուհետև պատասխանատուներրը ներկայացրել են ջրամբարների լցվածության մակարդակի, ոռոգման սեզոնը լիարժեք փակելու համար անհրաժեշտ ջրի քանակի, ճեղքվածքը լրացնելու հնարավոր միջոցառումների, Մխչյանի և Ռանչպարի պոմպակայանների հետ կապված անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվությունը, որի շուրջ տեղի է ունեցել մտքերի շահագրգիռ փոխանակություն, ներկայացվել են տարբեր առաջարկություններ՝ ոռոգման խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ: Այնուհետև անդրադարձ է կատարվել ոռոգման համակարգերից ջրային կորուստների նվազեցմանը, ՀԷԿ-երի գործունեության վերահսկողությանը և առաջացող բնապահապանական խնդիրներին:

Քննարկման արդյունքներով՝ վարչապետը հանձնարարել է փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի և շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչների ներգրավմամբ ձևավորել աշխատանքային խումբ, որն առավելագույնը կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կքննարկի գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին անհրաժեշտ ոռոգման ջրի ապահովման խնդիրն ու կներկայացնի համապատասխան առաջարկություններ: «Անհրաժեշտ է ուսումնասիրել իրավիճակը և գտնել առանց Սևանա լճից ջուր բաց թողնելու խնդրի լուծման տարբերակներ: Խնդիրը պետք է լուծել մաքսիմալ արդյունավետ և կարճ ժամանակում»,- շեշտել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, միաժամանակ ընդգծելով հանրապետությունում կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգի զարգացման անհրաժեշտությունը:
