Հրավիրում եմ հանրության և փորձագետների ուշադրությունը կեղծ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության փաստի վրա

Կարինե Գասպարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երբ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը տալիս է ակնհայտ կասկածելի եզրակացություն, ապա ոչ թե պետք է այդ եզրակացության հիման վրա որևէ անձ կալանավորվի, այլ հենց դատաբժշիկը պետք է հայտնվի իրավապահների ուշադրության տակ:

 

Այսպես, դատաբժշկական եզրակացությամբ այժմ կալավորված է Էդուարդ Բաբայանը, ով իբր ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ է հասցրել Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովին: Ըստ այդ եզրակացության՝ կոտրվել է վերջինիս կողոսկրը, ծակվել է թոքը: 

Մի կողմ թողնենք այն, որ ընդամենը ժամեր անց ենթադրյալ տուժողը, ազատվելով հոգեմետ դեղի ազդեցությունից, արդեն հերքել էր անխկինում տված ցուցմունքը:
Բայց առնվազն զարմանալի է, որ նման վնասվածքներից հետո Հարությունովը ընդամենը 2 օր անց ժամերով կանգնած էր դատարանի դիմաց, ակտիվ շփվում էր լրագրողների հետ, լիովին շարժունակ էր, ինչը ամբողջությամբ հակասում է նման լուրջ վնասվածքներին: 

Կարծում եմ այսքանից հետո դատաբժիշկը, ով տվել է վերոնշյալ եզրակացությունը՝ կոտրված կողոսկրի և ծակված թոքի մասին, պետք է հայտնվի իրավապահների ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Չէր կարող, ուղղակի անհնար էր, որ նման մարմնական վնասվածքներ ունեցող մարդը երկու օր անց դուրս գրվեր հիվանդանոցից, ազատ շարժվեր, քայլեր, ժամերով սպասեր դատարանի բակում և այլն: 

Ուստի հրավիրում եմ հանրության և նաև բոլոր փորձագետների ուշադրությունը այս միանգամայն ակնհայտ փաստերի վրա:
