Որոշ լրատվականներ և ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերեր «մուտիլովկաներ» են տարածում

Սևակ Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ամբողջ մեր հանրությունը քաջատեղյակ է, որ երեկ՝ հուլիսի 27-ին, դատարանը հաստատեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կալանավորման որոշումը: Այդ որոշման հետ կապված արձագանքները տարբեր էին. որոշ քաղաքական ուժեր լիովին սատարեցին ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու որոշմանը, որոշներն էլ անվանեցին սա քաղաքական հետապնդում:

Այս թեմայի վերաբերյալ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ավանգարդը՝ ի դեմս Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի, Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի և Միքայել Մելքումյանի, թեկուզ և ոչ պաշտոնական, իրենց կարծիքն են հայտնել, ըստ որի Քոչարյանի կալանավորումը՝ իրավական դաշտում գտնվող գործընթաց է, և որ ժամանակից շուտ ենթադրություններ անել և տալ գնահատականներ ու դրանով հարցը տեղափոխել քաղաքական դաշտ չարժե: Սակայն, չնայած այս ամեն ինչին, որոշ օգտատերեր և լրատվականներ մեղադրում են ԲՀԿ-ին դիտավորյալ քննարկվող թեմայից զերծ մնալու մեջ: Հարցին տրամաբանորեն մոտենալու դեպքում պարզ երևում է, որ սա անհեթեթություն է և որ հավասարակշռված քաղաքականությունը ու դիտավորյալ թեմայից զերծ մնալը, լրիվ տարբեր հասկացություններ են: Սկսենք նրանից, որ կուսակցությունը պարզ հայտնել է իր կարծիքը (թեկուզ և ոչ պաշտոնական), և շարունակենք նրանով, որ վերլուծական տեսանկյունից ամենաճիշտ դիրքորոշումը ունեն հենց ԲՀԿ-ի պատգամավորները: Եկեք չմոռանանք, որ գործը դեռ ավարտված չէ, առավել ևս, նրա ավարտին դեռ շատ ժամանակ կա: Պարզ է, որ բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը աշխատում են ամեն կերպ «հարմարեցնեն» այս աղմկալից իրադարձությունը սեփական շահերի հետ և տեղափոխեն հարցը արդեն քաղաքական դաշտ, այն ինչ դա միանգամայն սխալ է, քանի որ գործի մեջ կարող են նոր հանգամանքներ բացահայտվեն, պայմաններ փոխվեն և այլն: Մի խոսքով, իրավիճակը ստույգ չէ, և ժամանակից շուտ կարծիք հայտնելը «սխալվելու» շատ մեծ ռիսկ է պարունակում:

Իսկ «ԲՀԿ»-ն իր հերթին հայտնում է, որ իրավական ոլորտին պատկանող հարցերը, քանի դեռ ամեն ինչ նրանց հետ կապված պարզ և ապացուցված կամ հերքված չէ, չարժե տեղափոխել քաղաքական հարթություն, ինչը պարզ ցույց է տալիս, որ կուսակցությունը կողմ է գործի արդար հանգուցալուծմանը և պատրաստվում է համբերատար սպասել նրա ավարտին, ինչը ես համարում եմ միանգամայն ճիշտ և հավասարակշռված որոշում:
