Մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի հետ կապված՝ իրականությանը հակասող հայտարարություններ անելն անթույլատրելի է

Վարդգես Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր Մարտի 1-ի զոհերից Գոռ Քլոյանի հայր Սարգիս Քլոյանը, իր հարցազրույցի ժամանակ խոսելով Մարտի 1- դեպքերի մասին, ասել է, թե իր որդին եղել է ԲՀԿ անդամ և նրան զանգել ասել են, թե պետք է լինի ՀՀԿ-ի հանձնաժողովի անդամ, և երբ Գոռը զարմացել է և հարցրել, թե ինչ կապ ունի ԲՀԿ-ն ՀՀԿ—ի հետ, վերջինս ասել է, թե իբր նրանք կոալիցիա են կազմել: Ապա նկարագրել է, թե ինչպես են բոլոր մյուս թեկնածուների ձայները տրվել ՀՀԿ-ի թեկնածուին, այլ կերպ ասած անուղղակի կերպով ակնարկել է ԲՀԿ-ի մասնակցությունը ընտրությունների ընթացքին:

Նախ նշենք, որ ընտրությունների ժամանակ ԲՀԿ-ն ՀՀԿ-ի հետ կոալիցիայի մեջ չի եղել, և բացի դա ԲՀԿ-ն չէր կարող որևէ մասնակցություն ունենալ ընտրությունների գործընթացին, քանի որ չէր մասնակցում դրան, չուներ առաջադրած թեկնածու:

Խորապես հարգելով Գոռ Քլոյանի հիշատակը, ամեն դեպքում ցանկանում ենք նշել, որ ԲՀԿ-ի անունը շահարկելը Մարտի –ի դեպքերի հետ կապված ոչ միայն կոռեկտ չէ, քանի որ ԲՀԿ-ն որևէ մասնակցություն չի ունեցել և չէր էլ կարող ունենար հայտնի իրադարձություններին, այլ նույնիսկ անթույլատրելի է և բացահայտ սադրանք է:

Ընդհանրապես հասկանալի է, որ այս պահին տարբեր խմբեր և շրջանակներ սեփական շահերից ելնելով փորձում են նաև քաղաքական զարգացումներ ստեղծել, զուտ իրավական պրոցեսին տալ ինչ-որ քաղաքական երանգներ, հընթացս շահարկելով նաև ԲՀԿ-ի անունը: Այնինչ ցանկացած ողջամիտ քաղաքացի հասկանում է, որ պրոցեսը ամբողջութմամբ գտնվում է իրավական տիրությում և չունի ոչ մի քաղաքական բնույթ:

Հետևաբար կոչ ենք անում բոլորին չտրվել նամանատիպ սադրանքներին և ինֆորմացիոն հնարքներին, Մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի բացահայտումը գտնվում է բացառպես իրավապահ մարմինների տիրույթում, իսկ գործընթացը զուտ իրավական գործընթաց է, և այդ հարցի ցանկացած քաղաքական մեկնաբանություն, ում կողմից դա լինի, ինչպես նաև Մարտի 1-ի հետ որևէ կապ չունեցող քաղաքական ուժին դրան ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի կերպով մասնակցություն վերագրելը ոչ միայն կոռեկտ չէ, ոչ միայն խաթարում է իրավական գործընթացը, այլ նաև բացահայտ սադրանք է, որը ջուր է լցնում որոշ քաղաքական շրջանակների ջրաղացին:

Եվս մեկ անգամ կրկնենք, որ Մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի լիարժեք բացահայտումը գտնվում է իրավապահ մարմինների տիրույթում, իսկ հայտնի դեպքերի համակողմանի և լիարժեք քննությունն ու բացահայտումը բխում է Հայաստանի, հայ հասրակության և մեր բոլորիս շահերից:

Հետրաբար կոչ ենք անում բոլորին, այդ թվում և Մարտի 1-ի զոհերից՝ Գոռ Քլոյանի հայր Սարգսիս Քլոյանին զերծ մնալ ԲՀԿ-ի անունը այս թեմայի շրջանակներում անհարկի շահարկելուց, հատկապես որ Մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի բացֆահայտման գործընթացով այժմ արդեն իսկ զակտիվորեն բաղվում են իրավապահ մարմինները:
