«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանյան մեդիահարթակներում ընթացող ու սպասվող տեղեկատվական պատերազմների ծաղիկներն արդեն երևում են: Թեպետ մի քիչ դժվար է պարսատիկային կռիվը պատերազմ հորջորջել: Առավել ևս, որ առաջիկա քարոզարշավների նախաշեմին ամեն ինչ բոլորովին այլ երանգներ է ստանալու, երբ պարզվի, որ այն, ինչ կատարվում է այսօր, ընդամենը ֆեյսբուքյան խոսք ու զրույց է` իսկական տեղեկատվական պատերազմների համեմատությամբ:

Այս գործընթացներում, սակայն, առավել կարևոր է պաշտոնյաների և մասնավորապես բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների ներքաշվածության ու մասնակցության խնդիրը: Օրերս մենք ականատես եղանք նման մի իրավիճակի, երբ առաջին փոխվարչապետը բավական երկար ֆեյսբուքյան ստատուսով պատասխանել էլ մեկ այլ օգտատիրոջ ստատուսի: Արդյունքում, փոխվարչապետը պարզապես հանրայնացրեց այն, ինչին փորձում էր պատասխանել:

Նման իրավիճակներում հարց է առաջանում, թե ում պետք է պատասխանեն պաշտոնյաները այս հարթակում և ում պետք չէ, որ անդրադառնան:

Մեծ հաշվով սոցիալական ցանցերում մշտապես լինելու են տարբեր տեսակի մեղադրանքներ, ապատեղեկատվություններ, ծաղր, հայհոյանք, մի խոսքով` ամեն ինչ: Նման իրավիճակում արդյոք պետական պաշտոնյան պե՞տք է գնա սոցցանցային այս կամ այն գրառման հետքերով և փորձի պատասխանել, մեկնաբանել կամ հերքել: Ի վերջո, հենց նման գործելաոճով պաշտոնյան կարող է գովազդել հենց ապատեղեկատվությունը կամ որևէ այլ` անընդունելի գրառում: Վերջապես, եթե իսկապես էլ մեր պաշտոնյաները լրջորեն հետևում են մեդիահարթակներում ու սոցցանցերում կատարվող անցուդարձին, գրառումներին ու տրամադրություններին, ապա այս դեպքում պետք է նշենք, որ չնայած այսօր համացանցի հայաստանյան տիրույթում պղտորված ջրերին, այնուամենայնիվ դեռ կան բազմաթիվ կառուցողական քննադատություններ, որոնք նույնպես պետք է արժանանան համապատասխան ուշադրության: Ավելին, հենց նման գրառումներն ու հրապարակումները պետք է ուշադրության արժանանան: Վերջապես գուցե պետական ծառայողները չտրվեն ֆեյսբուքի գայթակղություններին և դրանով էլ ժամանակն առավել արդյունավետ օգտագործեն: Առավել ևս,եթե չենք սխալվում, նրանք մամուլի քարտուղարներ ու լրատվական ծառայություններ ունեն:
