Հերթական ապօրինի և հեղափոխության տրամաբանության մեջ չտեղավորվող «նշանակումն» է կատարվել բնապահպանության նախարարությունում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ըստ մեր հավաստի աղբյուրների, օրերս բնապահպանության նախարարությունում ոչ պաշտոնական նշանակում է կատարվել։ Նախարար Էրիկ Գրիգորյանի բանավոր հրամանով նախարարության ջրային ռեսուրսների գործակալության պետ է «նշանակվել» Էդգար Փիրումյանը։ Բանն այն է, որ Փիրումյանին ներկայացրել են գործակալության աշխատակազմին որպես պետ, սակայն առանց համապատասխան հրամանի առկայության։ Գործակալության աշխատակազմին հանձնարարվել է անվերապահորեն կատարել նոր «պետի» հանձնարարականները և հրամանները։ Փիրումյանին ներկայացնելուց հետո աշխատողների մեծ մասը նեղսրտել է, թե նրանք ինչ հիմքով պետք է կատարեն իրավական առումով գործակալության հետ կապ չունեցող անձի հանձնարարականները և հրամանները։ Չնայած Փիրումյանը նոր մարդ չէ կոլեկտիվի համար, սակայն նրա «նշանակումը» ոչ միանշանակ է ընդունվել աշխատակիցների կողմից։ Փիրումյանը, հանդիսանալով Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբայր Լևոն Սարգսյանի հովանավորյալը, երկար տարիներ աշխատել է բնապահպանության նախարարությունում՝ որպես աշխատակազմի ղեկավար։ Գործակալության պետի պաշտոնում դե յուրե նշանակվելու դեպքում դա կլինի նույն պաշտոնոմ նրա երկրորդ նշանակումը։ Աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը թողնելուց հետո նա նշանակվել էր ջրային ռեսուրսների գործակալության պետ, որտեղից սեփական դիմումի համաձայն ազատվել է նշանակումից գրեթե մեկ շաբաթ հետո։

Հուսանք՝ այս նշանակումը կլինի վերջին նշանակումը, որը չի տեղավորվի հեղափոխության տրամաբանության մեջ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ջրային ռեսուրսների գործակալության պետի պաշտոնը թափուր էր մնացել հանրապետական Վահան Դավթյանի անակնկալ ազատումից հետո։
