Mamul.am-ի արածը ոչ թե կայքի գործունեություն է, այլ սանձարձակություն

Գոհար Մարգարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Վերջերս Mamul.am կայքում հանդիպեցի մի հոդվածի, որտեղ գրված էր նրա մասին, որ 2011-2014 թվականներին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը Նիվա մակնիշի մեքենաներ էր ներմուծում Հայաստան, և ստիպում էր իր աշխատողներին գնել այդ մեքենաները շուկայականից բարձր գներով՝ յուրաքանչյուր ամիս աշխատավարձի մի մասը վերցնելով՝ մեքենայի գինը վճարելու համար:

Անհրաժեշտ է նշել, որ Mamul.am-ը ամենածախու ու պատվերներ կատարող կայքերից մեկն է, և հանրությունը դրա մասին գիտի արդեն վաղուց: Հենց այս փաստը հուշում է, որ տվյալ լուրը կեղծիք է և չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը:

Նման զրպարտությունենրը ցավոք այսօր սովորական երևույթ են դարձել հայկական լրատվադաշտում, ինչի լուծման ճանապարհը մեկն է. ակնհայտ կեղծ լրատվություն մատուցող խմբագրությանը ենթարկել իրավական պատասխանատվության՝ օրենքի սահմաններում:

Հենց այս տրամաբանությամբ համարում եմ, որ Mamul.am կայքը կա՛մ պետք է հրապարակավ ներողություն խնդրի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանից՝ ակնհայտ կեղծ լուր տարածելու համար, կա՛մ պետք է պատասխան տա դատարանում:

Նման կեղծիքի ու ստի վրա նստած կայքերի գերծելաոճը փոխելու համար պետք է դիմել օրենքին, քանի որ դա արդեն ոչ թե կայքի գործունեություն է, այլ սանձարձակություն:
