Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը «սինգապուրյան հրաշքը» իրագործելու գործնական քայլեր է անում

Շավարշ Բզնունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նոր Հայաստանը, որքան էլ այսօր ապրի հեղափոխական տրամադրություններով և ապագայի մասին դրական պատկերացումներով, միևնույն է այսօր նույնպես, ինչպես նախորդ իշխանությունների օրոք, ունի արտաքին ներդրումների և արտասահմանյան գործընկերների հետ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների կարիք: Տնտեսության զարգացման համար պետք է ոչ միայն կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքար, ինչը իհարկե նույնպես կարևոր է, այլ տնտեսական ծրագիր, որը Հայաստանը կարող է հետաքրքիր և գրավիչ դարձնել օտարերկրյա ներդրողների համար: Այս առումով հատկապես կարևոր է տնտեսական հրաշք գրանցած «ասիական վագր» Սինգապուրի հետ հարաբերությունների մեկնարկն ու զարգացումը:
Հենց այդ գիտակցումով է ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը գործնական քայլեր կատարում հայ-սինգապուրյանն հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու համար: Հուլիսի 13-15-ը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ Հայաստանում էր Սինգապուրից ժամանած մեծ պատվիրակությունը, որի կազմում էին հայտնի քաղաքական գործիչներ, խորհրդարանի պատգամավորներ, իրավական-տնտեսական-ֆինանսական ոլորտի փորձագետներ, գիտնականներ:
Նրանք ժամանել էին ԲՀԿ-ի հետ առավել սերտ համագործակցության և նոր կապեր ստեղծելու, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի բզինես-ենթակառուցվածքներին և ներդրումային իրավիճակին ծանոթանալու համար: Այս առումով ճանաչողական շրջայցերին հաջորդեց ««Արդյունավետ կառավարում և առաջնորդություն, Սինգապուրի փորձը» հայ-սինգապուրյան համաժողովը, որին հայկական կողմից մասնակցվում էին պատգամավորներ, Կառավարության անդամներ, փորձագետներ:
Իր խոսում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը անդրադարձավ Լի Քվան Յուի «սինգապուրյան հրաշքին», որը ամբողջությամբ հիմնված էր վստահության սկզբունքի վրա, և կարևորեց հենց վստահության սկզբունքի տեղայնացումը Հայաստանում, քանի որ միայն վստահության վրա հիմված ռազմավարությունը կարող է բերել Հայաստանում տնտեսության թռիչքաձև զարգացման:
Սինգապուրյան հրաշքի մասին Հայաստանում շատ են խոսել և երազել: Բավական է միայն հիշել, որ նախորդ Կառավարության լեքսիկոնում դա ամենահաճախ հանդիպող ուղենիշներից և նպատակներից էր: Սակայն բոլորս էլ համոզվեցինք, որ գեղեցիկ խոսքերից ու կենացներից բացի ուրիշ ոչ մի գործնական քայլ չարվեց այդ ուղղությամբ:
Այսօր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը այդ ամենը վերածում է իրական գործի: Հայաստան է ժամանում սինգապուրյան մեծ պատվիրակություն, որը հիմք է դնում հետագա մեծ համագործակցության համար, ինչը կարող է մեծ ներդրումներ բերել հայկական տնտեսությունում: Այսպիսով ԲՀԿ նախագահը իր մեծ ներդրումն է ունենում ոչ միայն Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման դժվարին գործում, այլ նաև նշանակալի քայլեր է անում հայ-սինգապուրյան հարաբերությունների զարգացման համար:
