Ծառուկյանը ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես պետք է գործնական հարթություն տեղափոխվեն երկրի տնտեսության զարգացմանն ուղղված ջանքերը

Հեղափոխությունից հետո երկրի օրակարգային խնդիրներից է տնտեսության հզորացումն ու տնտեսական ակտիվությունը: Անշուշտ, կարելի երկար ոգևորվել հեղափոխական տրամադրություններով, սակայն գործնական խնդիրները միայն ոգևորությամբ չեն լուծվում: Այս փաստը հասկանում են և գործարար շրջանակները, և տնտեսագետները, սակայն շատ շատերը պարզապես նախընտրում են հեղափոխական հրճվանքը: Հենց վերջիններիս է առանձնանում գործարար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: Ծառուկյանը քաջ գիտակցում է, որ հեղափոխությունը միայն առաջին ու փոքր քայլն է երկրի հզորացման ճանապարհին, որ այստեղ անհրաժեշտ են նպատակային ջանքեր ու գործունեություն: Հենց այդպիսի գործունեության արդյունք էր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ անցկացված հայ-սինգապուրյան մեծ համաժողովը:

Սինգապուրյան տնտեսական հրաշքի մասին շատ է խոսվել, ընդ որում շատ էին խոսում այս մասին նաև նախորդ` Կարեն Կարապետյանի կառավարության շատ անդամներ և հենց ինքը` նախկին վարչապետը: Սակայն ինչպես տեսանք, դրանք ընդամենը խոսքեր էին, այսօր մենք արդեն ոչ թե կարող ենք խոսել այլ տեսնել, թե ինչպես գործարարի ակտիվ ջանքերով, սինգապուրյան տնտեսական հրաշքի ներկայացուցիչները գործնական գործնական հարթության մեջ են սկսում շփվել Հայաստանի ու հայաստանյան տնտեսական շրջանակների հետ: Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ անցկացած այս համաժողովը հեղափոխությունից հետո տնտեսական կարևոր իրադարձություններից մեկն էր, որը նաև բովանդակային առումով ցուցիչ էր, թե ինչպես պետք է ոտքի կանգնեցնել երկրի տնտեսությունը, ինչպես պետք է ներդրումներ ներգրավել: Ի վերջո տնտեսությունը չի կարող զարգանալ գեղեցիկ ճառերով, խոստումներով ու ոգևորությամբ: Իհարկե, ոգևորությունը կարևոր իրողություն է ցանկացած տեղ, սակայն այն ավելի գեղեցիկ է, երբ շաղկապված է գործնական քայլերի հետ: Ինչպես կարելի է տեսնել, Ծառուկյանը, նախաձեռնելով նման մասշտաբի ու որակի հայ-սինգապուրյան համաժողով, ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես պետք է գործնական հարթություն տեղափոխվեն երկրի տնտեսության զարգացմանն ուղղված ջանքերը:
