Երբ որևիցե քաղաքագետ սպառում է իրեն և այլևս մասնագիտական ասելիք չի ունենում, փորձում է տարբեր ձևեր գտնել ջրի երեսին մնալու համար: Շատ հաճախ այդ ձևերը այդքան էլ պատվաբեր չեն հենց իրենց համար: Բայց դա չի խանգարաում անցնել թույլատրելի և անթույլատրելի բոլոր սահմանները նորից վերակենդանանալու համար և ցույց տալու իբր կշիռ են իրենցից ներկայացնում:

Այդպիսի մի քաղաքագետ է նաև Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը, ում գոյության մասին ուշ ուշ է լսվում, իսկ երբ էլ որոշում է խոսել արդեն անգիր գիտենք թե ինչ է ասելու, ինչ նպատակով և ինչ ակնկալիքներով:Բայց երբ նրա ակնկալիքները չեն բավարարվում, փորձում է նորանոր մեթոդներ գտնել իրեն ցույց տալու համար: Այսպես ամեն անգամ Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը չի զլանում ու իր մտքի գոհարներն է ներկայացնում՝ խոսելով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գործունեության մասին: Իհարկե արդեն շատ վաղուց նրա ասածներին ոչ ոք լուրջ չի վերաբերում և ուշադրություն չի դարձնում:Եվ այս պարագայում Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը արդեն չգիտի ինչ անի Ծառուկյանի ուշադրությունը գրավելու և նրա հովանավորչությունը ստանալու համար: Մի քանի տարի առաջ նա ամեն ինչ անում էր Ծառուկյանի ղեկավարած կուսակցության ցուցակում տեղ գտնելու համա: Իսկ իր ցանկությանը չհասնելուց հետո նա գտնում է, որ Ծառուկյանը չպետք է լինի քաղաքականության մեջ: Այս ամենը ինչ խոսք ողղակի զավեշտալի է:

Ընկած միայն իր շահի հետևից այդ նույն Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը կարծես մոռացել է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը նյութական օգնություն է ցուցաբերել նրա ընտանիքին՝ առողջական հարցերը լուծելու համար: Եվ եթե մարդը նույնիսկ դա է մոռանում հանուն շահի, ապա նրան որևէ բան ասելը ուղղակի անիմաստ է: Ուղղակի կարել է խորհուրդ տալ ամեն անգամ իր փայլուն մտքերը արտահայտելով էլ ավելի չխայտառակի իրեն և քաղաքագետի իր կոչումն, որն արդեն վաղուց կասկածի տակ է դրվում:
