Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը փորձում է վերակենդանանալ Ծառուկյանի նման մարդկանց անունները շրջանառության մեջ դնելով․ Գևորգ Պետրոսյանը

Օրերս քաղաքագետ Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը իր տված հարցազրույցներից մեկում նշել էր, որ հեղափոխության հիմնական խնդիրներից մեկը, եթե ոչ՝ ամենակարևորը, օլիգարխ երևույթը վերացնելն է։ Այս թեմայով Slaq.am-ը զրուցեց «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Գևորգ Պետրոսյանի հետ, ով ասաց, որ Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանին քաղաքագետ անվանելն արդեն մեծ շռայլություն է․

«Իր կարծիքը վաղուց դադարել է մարդկանց հետաքրքրելուց և ,երևի թե, իզուր ժամանակ են վատնել այդ կարծիքը լսելու համար, ինչևէ մեզ համար երբեք կարևորություն չի ներկայացրել ամոթի հետ լրիվ վերջնահաշվարկ կատարած մարդկանց գնահատականները։ Բոլորն էլ գիտեն, որ Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը մի քանի տարի առաջ ինչպես էր աղերսում պարոն Ծառուկյանին, որ տեղ գտնի իր ղեկավարած կուսակցության ցուցակում, հիմա այդ ամեն ինչը մոռանալուց հետո՝ նա հայտարարում է, որ պարոն Ծառուկյանը իրավունք չունի զբաղվել քաղաքականությամբ։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի քաղաքական գործունեությունը շատ ավելի արգասաբեր է , քան՝ շառլատանների, որոնցից մեկն էլ ինքն է, ում գործունեությունը որևէ արգասիք չի ունեցել Հայաստանի քաղաքական, հասարակական կյանքի բարելավման գործում։

Եվ եթե ինքն անցել է սահմանը, ապա մենք էլ իրավունք ունենք սահմանն անտեսելու։ Նա թող չմոռանա, որ պարոն Ծառուկյանն այն մարդն է, ով ոչ միայն պատրաստակամ էր նրա քաղաքական հավակնությունները բավարարել, այլև՝ նյութական օգնություն է ցուցաբերել նրա ընտանիքին՝ առողջական հարցերը լուծելու գործում, և ուղղակի պետք է ամոթը կորցնել՝ նման բան կանգնել, ասելու համար, համենայն դեպս նա մի մարդ է, ով վաղուց դադարել է հանրությանը հետաքրքրել։ Նա այն անձանցից մեկն է, ով իր ,արդեն իսկ, չգոյության փաստից ահաբեկված՝ փորձում է վերակենդանանալ Ծառուկյանի նման մարդկանց անունները շրջանառության մեջ դնելով»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ քաղաքագետն ասել էր, որ պետք է բոլոր օլիգարխներին անխտիր դուրս հանել քաղաքականությունից, և որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հարցում ևս ոչ մի բացառություն չի կարող լինել:
