«Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի նախագահը խաղադրույքներ էր կատարել միլիոնավոր դրամներ, ձերբակալվել է, ապա` գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակվել: Սակայն մենք չենք խոսի ոչ հիմնադրամի, ոչ էլ հիմնադրամի նախագահի մասին: Խաղադրույքներ, օնլայն կազինոներ, բուքմեյքերական ընկերություններ: Հիմնադրամի նախագահ ես, թե տաքսու վարորդ, ուսանող, թե պատահական անցորդ, միևնույն է. ամեն քայլափոխի, հեռուստատեսությամբ, ռադիոյով, գովազդային վահանակներով, մի խոսքով` բոլոր հնարավոր ու անհնար կապի միջոցներով մեզ հետապնդում են զանազան մոլախաղերի գովազդները: Այո, մոլախաղերի, որովհետև հաճելի ժամանց, հարստանալու աննախադեպ հնարավորություն և նմանօրինակ հյութեղ ձևակերպումների տակ թաքնված է ամենապարզունակ մոլախաղը:

Համացանցի ու համացանցային խաղերի ներկայիս հասանելիության պայմաններում գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի կանգնած է մոլախաղի վտանգի առաջ: Իսկ պատճառները շատ պարզ են, չնայած երկրում կատարված իշխանափոխությանը, չնայած ԱԱԾ և այլ մարմինների բացահայտումներին, չնայած ներկայումս երկրում կատարվող իսկապես էլ դրական գործընթացներին, Հայաստանում սոցիալ–տնտեսական իրավիճակի նկատելի բարելավում չկա, չէր էլ կարող լինել նման կարճ ժամանակահատվածում: Չեն կրճատվել ոչ աղքատությունը, ոչ էլ գործազրկությունը, չեն փոփոխվել քաղաքացիների միջին եկամուտն ու նվազագույն աշխատավարձը:

Այս բոլորի համադրությունը կատարյալ պայմաններ է ստեղծում ամենաբազմազան մոլախաղերի լայն տարածման համար` հասկանալի պատճառներով: Սա բավական լուրջ և խորքային խնդիր է, քանի որ ի տարբերություն ֆիզիկական կազինոների, որոնց նկատմամբ հնարավոր է կիրառել վերահսկողական ինչ–ինչ մեխանիզմներ, համացանցային մոլախաղերի պարագայում գրեթե չկան պետական միջամտության տարբերակներ, ավելին` վերջիններիս վերահսկման սահմանափակ հնարավորությունների պարագայում պետությանը նաև զուտ ֆինանսական վնաս է հասցվում: Արդյունքում տուժում են և՛ հազարավոր սնանկացած քաղաքացիները, և՛ պետությունը: Իսկ օնլայն մոլախաղերը շարունակում են զարթոնք ապրել` ի վերջո արդեն բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներն ու անձինք են դրանցով տարված:
