Նոր իրավիճակը երկրում նորովի ներկայանալու, նոր դաշտում հնադես գալու յուրահատուկ հնարավորություն է ընձեռնել մի շարք բանախոսների, փորձագետների, քաղաքագետների և վերլուծաբանների համար, սակայն ոմանք հայտնվելով այդ վերափոխման խաչմերուկում անկանոն շարժումներով փորձում են ուշադրության արժանանալ: Մանվել Սարգսյանը, ով իբր թե վերլուծաբան է, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ սպասարկել է տարբեր գործիչների շահեր, տարբեր պարգևների դիմաց ու այդ ամենից հետո այսօր հանդգնել է կրկին հայտնվել և նոր իրավիճակում ոմանց նախկին բարքերից է խոսել: Հասկանալի է, որ Մանվելը նոր Հայաստանում, փոխված իրավիճակում իր տեղն է փորձում ապահովագրել արևի տակ, բայց միթե՞ կարծում է, որ մոռացել ենք իր անփառունակ անցյալն ու փողի դիմաց ծառայելու անհագուրդ մոլուցքը: Ամպագորգոռ բառեր ասելուց առաջ, նախ թող մտածի ով է ինքն ու ինչ արժանիքներ ունի, եթե կան այդպիսիք: Մի խոսքով նմանատիպ ցանկացած դրսևորում, երբ բռի ու ոչ բարեկիրթ ձևով փորձ կարվի ուշադրության արժանանալ և ինչ-որ նեղ շահեր սպասարկել, արժանանալու է նման գնահատականի և թող ականջներին օղ անեն, այո նախկին սադրիչ ու զրպարտիչ գործողություններով այլևս առաջնորդվել չի հաջողվելու, եթե իհարկե չեն ցանկանում պատժվել օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ:
