Օսիպյանի ամնեզիան բուժելու1 տարբերակ կա՝ վերաբացել նրա եղբորորդու գործը

Երեկ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը հայտարարեց, որ Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի` սայթաքել, ընկնելու վարկածին չի հավատում:

Մի կողմ թողնենք այն փաստը, որ իր ներկայիս ենթադրություներով նա խախտում է էթիկան՝ ճնշում գործադրելով նախաքննական մարմնի գործողությունների և դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության վրա:

Վ. Օսիպյանի սարկաստիկ ինքնաբավ տոնը ստիպում է չզլանալ և հետ գնալ ընդամենը 2014թ., երբ նա Ոստիկանության բարձր պաշտոնյա էր և կազմում էր նախկին համակարգի մասը՝ դրանից բխող արժեհամակարգով և հետևանքներով: Հիմա անչափ հետաքրքրիր է, արդյո՞ք Օսիպյանի դեմքին կտեսնենք նույն քամահրանքը, եթե նրան հիշեցնենք, որ տարիներ առաջ իր եղբորորդին՝ Սեդրակ Օսիպյանը, մարդ էր դանակահարել, որի գործը հենց Վալերի Օսիպյանի ջանքերով կարճվեց: Դեպքը կատարվել էր Նուբարաշենում, Օսիպյանի եղբորորդին դանակահարել էր 22-ամյա մի տղայի, ով դրա արդյունքում զրկվեց փայծաղից, իսկ քրեական այդ գործը կարճվել էր հետտևյալ եզրակացությամբ, որ դանակահարվածը սայթաքել է և ընկել:

Ի դեպ, մինչև գործը կարճելը, Օսիպյանը փորձել էր մեղքը բարդել դեպքին ականատես մի տղայի վրա: Տեսանյութերը համացանցում դեռևս առկա են:

Վալերի Օսիպյանը անճանաչելի է դարձել ոստիկանապետ նշանակվելուց հետո: Նա ոչ միայն հանդես է գալիս որպես ոստիկանապետ, այլև, հարկ եղած կամ հարկ չեղած դեպքերում, հանդես է գալիս նաև՝ որպես հեղափոխության երդվյալ գաղափարակից: Կարելի է կարծել, որ ամբողջ հեղափոխության ընթացքում անձամբ Վալերի Օսիպյանն է պայքարել անձամբ Վալերի Օսիպյանի դեմ:

Ասում են, մարդուն պետք է փոխվելու հնարավորություն տալ, ուստի հուսանք Վալերի Օսիպյանն իսկապես կսկսի պայքարել նախկին Վալերի Օսիպյանի դեմ: Սակայն, ցավոք, նա կարծես թե ընտրել է ամնեզիայի տարբերակը՝ չեմ հիշում, նշանակում է չի եղել: Դրանով է բացատրվում այն, որ Օսիպյանը հավատում է, որ սայթաքել վայր ընկնելուց հնարավոր է փայծախ կորցնել, իսկ սալջարդ ստանալ սայթաքելուց հնարավոր չի լինի:

Օսիպյանի ամնեզիան բուժելու 1 տարբերակ կա՝ վերաբացել այդ գործը, կատարել պատշաճ քննություն, ինչպես նաև ուսումնասիրել Օսիպյանի կողմից կատարված առաջարկը՝ մեղքը այլ երիտասարդի վրա բարդելու մասով, վկաներին պետք է նորից քննել: Այլ տարբերակ պարզապես չկա, այլ տարբերակը Օսիպյանի՝ համակարգից հեռանալն է, նախկին համակարգից իր հետ քարշ տված արատները նորում չներմուծելու նպատակով:
