Վալերի Օսիպյանն ամնեզիա ունի՞, չի հիշո՞ւմ եղբորորդու մասնակցությամբ դանակահարության դեպքը կոծկելու գործընթացը

Գևորգ Մխիթարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ լրագորղները Հարությունովի դեպքի առնչությամբ հարց ուղղեցին նորանշանակ ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանին և փորձեցին պարզաբանում ստանալ, ինչին ի պատասխան Օսիպյանն ասեց, որ չի կարծում, թե մարդ կարող է սայթաքել ընկնելուց նման վնասվածքներ ստանալ: Այս պատասխանն ակամայից ստիպում է սիպյանին հիշեցնել մի դեպքի մասին, որը անմիջականորեն կապված իր եղբորորդու հետ:

2014 թվականին Վալերի Օսիպյանի եsղբորորդին՝ Սեդրակ Օսիպյանը, Նուբարաշենում դանակահարել էր քաղաքացի Վանուշ Ալեքսանյանին: Նույն դեպքի առնչությամբ Վալերի Օսիպյանը, եղբորորդու հանցագործությունը քողարկելու նպատակով փորձել էր Սեդրակի կատարած հանցագործխությունը բարդել մեկ այլ անձի վրա՝ Սարգիս Հովհաննիսյանի, ով այդ դեպքի ժամանակ ուղղակի ներկա էր գտնվել վիճաբանությանը: Այդ ժամանակ փոխոստիկանապետի պաշտոն զբաղեցնող Օսիպյանը, Սարգիս Հովհաննիսյանի մորն առաջարկել էր հանցագործությունը վերագրել նրա տղային, ինչից հետո խոստանում էր որ կօգնի նրան ազատ արձակեն: Հավելենք, որ այդ դեպքով իրականում պետք է զբաղվեր ոչ թե Օսիպյանը, այլ Նուբարաշենի ոստկանության բաժանմունքը: Ինչևէ համաձայնեք, որ այս դեպքը պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահման, օրենքի կոպիտ խախտմամբ և այլոց զրպարտանքի ենթարկելու ամենավառ օրինակներից է, ինչի կապակցությամբ մինչ օրս պատասխանատվության չի ենթարկվել Օսիպյաններից և ոչ մեկը: Դանակահարված տղան, ով իմիջայլոց դեպքից հետո կորցրել էր փայծախը, հիվանդանոցից դուրս գրվելուց իմացել է, որ նրա հետ տեղի ունեցածը սայթաքել և վայր ընկնելու հետևանք է: Այսինքն նա փայծախը կորցրել է սայթաքել և վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով: ԱՅսինքն Օսիպյանը հավատում է, որ սայթաքել վայր ընկնելուց հնարավոր է փայծախ կորցնել, իսկ սալջարդ սայթաքելուց հնարավոր չի լինի՞, լոգիկան ձգտում է զրոյի: Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը վարպետորեն էր ամբողջ գործընթացը կազմակերպել, որպեսզի հանցագործ եղբորորդուն ազատի պատասխանատվությունից, սակայն մինչ որս համացանցում դեռ կան նյութեր, տեսանյութեր, որոնք փաստացի ապացույցն են վերը շարադրած խոսքերի:

Այստեղ այլ ենթատեքստ կա և ամենայն հավանականությամբ Օսիպյանը ցուցումներով է գործում և միթե՞ այդ ցուցումներ տվողը տեղյակ չէ ժամանակին նման հանրային հնչեղություն ստացած դեպքից, որի գլխավոր դերակատարները Օսիպյանն էր և իր եղբոորդին:

Այդ դեպքերը հանուն արդարության պետք է նորից վերանայվեն, վկաները նորից պետք է քննվեն, իսկ բացահայտումից հետո Օսիպյանի համակարգում մնալու հարցը կարծում ենք առավել քան կասկածի տակ կդրվի, քանի որ նոր Հայաստանում կոռումպացված և պաշտոնական դիրքերը չարաշահող բարձրադիր պաշտոնյան չի կարող տեղ ունենալ իրավապահ համակարգում, դա ոչ միայն հակասում է արդարության սկզբունքներին, այլ նաև վտանգավոր է հանրության համար: Կարծում ենք համապատասխան մարմինները հետևրողական կլինեն և կպարզեն դեպքի ողջ իսկությունը:
