Օսիպյանի հիշողությունը պետք է թարմացնել և հիշեցնել իր եղբորորդու կողմից դանակահարվածի «սայթաքելու» մասին

Երեկ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը լրագրողներին ասել է, թե չի կարծում, որ Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը սայթաքելուց կարող էր նման վնասվածքներ ստանալ: Ընդ որում ասել է զգալի սարկազմով:

Հետաքրքիր է, արդյո՞ք Օսիպյանի դեմքին սարկազմ կառաջանա, եթե նրան հիշեցնենք, որ տարիներ առաջ իր եղբորորդին մարդ էր դանակահարել, որի գործը հենց Վալերի Օսիպյանի ջանքերով կարճվեց: Դանակահարության արդյունքում այդ տղան զրկվեց փայծաղից, իսկ քրեական այդ գործը, 10 ամիս տևած գործընթացից հետո, կարճվել էր հետևյալ եզրակացությամբ, որ դանակահարվածը, ուշադրություն, սայթաքել է և ընկել:
Սա որքան էլ զավեշտալի լինի, բայց իրականություն է: Օսիպյանի եղբորոդին դանակահարել էր մի տղայի, ով դրա արդյունքում զրկվել էր փայծաղից, իսկ հետո այդ գործը կարճվել էր Վալերի Օսիպյանի ջանքերով՝ իբր դանակահարվածը սայթաքել է և ընկել:

Փաստորեն Վալերի Օսիպյանը հավատում է, որ 2014 թվականին մարդը կարող էր սայթաքելով ընկնել և զրկվել փայծաղից, իսկ այժմ չի հավատում, որ մարդը կարող է սայթաքել և վնասվածքներ ստանալ: Պատճառը այն է, որ առաջին դեպքում խոսքը վերաբերել է նրա եղբորոդուն՝ Սեդրակ Օսիպյանին, և Օսիպյանի հավատքը անմիջապես աշխատել է, իսկ այժմ աշխատում է միայն կասկածամտությունը:

Ի դեպ, նշենք նաև, որ մինչ սայթաքելու մասին զավեշտալի եզրակացությունը Օսիպյանը փորձ էր արել մեղքը բարդել բոլորովին այլ տղայի՝ Սարգսիս Հովհաննիսյանի վրա, առաջարկելով նրա մորը, որպեսզի նրա որդին «իր վրա վերցնի» Սեդրակ Օսիպյանի կողմից արված դանակահարությունը: Սակայն ստանալով կտրուկ մերժում տղայի մոր կողմից՝ դիմել են «սայթաքելու» տարբերակին: Այս տեսանյութում խոսում է Սարգիս Հովհաննիսյանի մայրը, ով մանրամասն նկարագրում է այդ պատմությունը և Վալերի Օսիպյանի առաջարկը: Արդյունքում Վալերի Օսիպյանի եղբորորդին դանակահարության համար չի կրել ոչ մի պատասխանատվություն, փորձ է արվել գործը «բարդել» անմեղ երիտասարդի վրա, իսկ վերջում քերական գործը կարճվել է վերոնշյալ տարբերակով:

Զավեշտը և կողմնապահությունը ակհայտ է, իսկ Օսիպյանի դեպքում պետք է միայն նրա հիշողությունը թարմացնել և հիշեցնել նրա եղբորորդու` Սեդրակ Օսիպյանի դանակահարության և դանակահարվածի «սայթաքելու» դեպքը, նաև հասկացնել, որ իր ենրկայիս ենթադրություններով նա ճնշում է գործադրում նախաքննական մարմնի գործողութունների և դատաբժշկական ն փորձաքննության վրա:
