Քաղաքական ամբիցիաները իրավական գործողություններով չպետք է բավարարվեն

Էդվարդ Մանուկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այն ,որ երեկ ողջ համացանցը ողողված էր ՀԱՕԿ նախագահի օգնականի ձերբակալման մասին նյութերով չենք կարող հերքել ,սակայն այդ նյութերում հնչեցրած անհիմն մեղադրանքները հերքվեց թե՛ Հարությունովի և թե՛ նրա կնոջ կողմից:Կարծես թե մեր հայտնի, ինչպես նաև անհայտ լրատվականները չեն համակերպվում այն մտքի հետ ,որ երկրում իրավիճակ է փոխվել և ինչպես նախկինում այնպես էլ հիմա չսպասելով որևէ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության ,անխնա տարածում էին ձերբակալման մասին նյութերը ,խախտելով օրենքի միանգամից մի քանի կետեր:Օրենքը շրջանցելուց բացի նաև անհարմար է այդ սուտ լուրերում անտեղի շահարկել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունը և ժողովրդին շփոթության մեջ գցել հայտարարելով, թե իբր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հեռանում է քաղաքականությունից կամ նրան չի հաջողվի գալիք խորհրդարանակն ընտրություններում 50+1 ձայն հավաքել:Այս ամենին քաղաքական երանգներ հաղորդելը ապացուցում է այն փաստը,որ ներկայիս ԶԼՄ-ները անգործության են մատնված:

Կարծում ենք քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը շատ լավ գիտակցում է, որ էդուարդ Բաբայանի ձերբակալությունը ոչ օրինական է :Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի նկատմամբ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն դեռևս չկա,հենց ինքը՝ Հարությունովը հայտնել է որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ու իր միջև միմիայն ընկերական հարաբերություններ են:Այստեղից հարց է առաջանում ,թե ինչու՞ է ուշանում Է.Բաբայանի ազատ արձակման որոշումը, միթե՞ դա միտումնավոր է արվում և կա թաքնված ինչ-որ ենթատքեքստ, որը առիթ է ընձեռնում կարծել, որ այս ամենը պատվերի շրջանակներում է արվել: Հեղափոխությունից հետո կարծում ենք նմանատիպ գործողությունները, երբ քաղաքական ամբիցիաները բավարարվում են իրավական գործողությունների կիրառմամբ, պետք է որ այլևս չգործեին և մենք շատ ուրախ կլինենք, որ դա այդպես չլինի, սակայն դրա երաշխիքը միանշանակ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից Բաբայանին րոպե առաջ ազատ արձակման որոշման հրապարակումն է:
