Իրավական լծակները՝ քաղաքական «բոնուսներ» հավաքելու վատթարագույն գործիք

Արման Եսայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ երեկ ուղղակի հատեց աբսուրդի բոլոր տրամաբանական սահմանները: Խոսքը վերաբերում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի օգնական Էդուարդ Բաբայանի ձերբակալությանը և դրա շուտ բարձրացած արհեստսածին աղմուկին: Արհեստածին, քանի որ մի քանի ժամում պարզ դարձավ, որ այն միջադեպը, որի առնչությամբ ձերբակալվել էր Բաբայանը, իրականում չի էլ եղել, քանիզի հենց «տուժող» համարվող կողմը անձամբ հերքել է դա: Հետևաբար եթե չկան պատճառներ, հետևանքներ էլ չպետք է լինեն՝ հատկապես և մասնավորապես իրավական դաշտում առանց փաստերի՝ ոչինչ հիմնավորված չէ: Այստեղից կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ Ծառուկյանի օգնականի ձերբակալությունը ոչ իրավաչափ է, ինչը ենթադրում է, որ շուտով նրան կտեսնենք ազատության մեջ:

Մեկ այլ տեսանկյունից նայելով հարցին՝ պարզ է դառնում այս մեղմ ասած՝ «աղմուկ՝ ոչնչիցի» պատճառները: Քաղաքական շահեր հետապնդողները լավ են հասկանում, որ երևույթը ուղղակի ու անուղղակի կերպով հնարավոր է կապել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անվան հետ ու քաղաքական դիտանկյունից «տակտիկական հարված» հասցնել նրա ու ԲՀԿ-ի ուղղությամբ: Իսկ պատկերը, որ տեսանք երեկ սպասարկու լրատվականների ու ֆեյսբուքյան «թիմային» աշխատանքի կողմից, իսկապես ասվածի փայլուն օրինակն էր: Անգամ այնպիսի ուռճացված գույներով այս ամենը փորձ արվեց հրամցնել հանրությանը, որ կապվեց նույնիսկ Ծառուկյանի՝ քաղաքականությունը թողնելու հետ: Մի՞թե կարելի է այս աստիճանի ապատեղակատվություն տարածել ու լկտիբաար հենվելով չեղած բաների վրա խաղալ մարդկանց հեղինակության հետ:

Եթե ԲՀԿ-ն այսօր հավակնում է 50+1 տոկոսով խորհրդարան մտնելու կազմին, ու սա օրինաչփ է և պայքարող ցանկացած կուսակցություն կարող է նման ամբիցիաներ ունենալ, բայց երբ նրա վարկանիշին իրավական լծակների միրջոցով են փորձում հարվածել, սա շատ ավելի խոսուն է, քան կարելի է պատկերացնել, զորօրինակ՝ ԲՀԿ-ի հանդեպ ունեցած քաղաքական վախերի:

Եվ այնուամենայնիվ՝ արդար չէ քաղաքական դիվիդենտների և բոնուսների վաստակելու ճանապարհին թերագնահատել այլ քաղաքականմ ուժերին, նրանց հետ գաղափարական ու ծրագրային պայքարից զատ այլ ոճով ու գործիքներով մրցել՝ հատկապես, երբ ընտրված են վատթարագույն գործիքներ և երբ դեռ քարոզարշավը չի սկսել:
