Գուրգեն Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Վաղ առավոտից մամուլում լուրեր են շրջանառվում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի օգնական Էդուարդ Բաբայանի ձերբակալության և «Օլիմպավանում» տեղի ունեցած ինչ-որ միջադեպի մասին: Տևյալ հնարածին պատմության «գլխավոր հերոսի» խոսքերով միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել իր հետ, ինչի կապակցությամբ էլ նա հայտնվել էր հիվանդանոցում: Սակայն քիչ ավելի ուշ հրապարակվեց մի տեսանյութ, որտեղ պարզ երևում էր, որ Ծառուկյանի և բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայի ներկայացուցիչների միջև հանդիպումն անցել է կառուցողական մթնոլորտում և մասնավորապես Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովն առավելապես էր գոհ հանդիպումից, քանի որ Ծառուկյանը խոստացավ լուծումներ տալ նրա տղայի մարզական ապագային վերաբերվող խնրին: Այդ տեսանյութից հետո տարակուսանք էր առաջանում, ինչպե՞ս կարող էր նման ընթաց ունեցող խոսակցությունն ավարտվեր ծեծկռտուքով, բացարձակ անտրամաբանական էր դա: Այնուհետև տարածվեց ձայնագրություն, որը վերջնականապես փարատեց այն չնչին կասկածները, որ Հարությույնովի ներկայիս կարգավիճակը կապված էր Ծառուկյանի օգնականի հետ: Ձայնագրության մեջ, Հարությունովի կինը հավաստիացնում է, որ իր ամուսնու կարգավիճակը պայմանավորված է նրա անփույթ շարժամամբ, ինչի հետևանքով նա սայթաքել և ընկել է աթոռի վրա, իսկ նրա կողմից արված հայտարարություններն արվել են ոչ սթափ վիճակում և զայրույթի պարագայում ասվել են այնպիս բաներ, որոնք որևէ առնչություն չունեն ո՛չ Ծառուկյանի օգնականի, և ո՛չ էլ առավելևս Ծառուկյանի հետ, քանզի նա միակ մարդն էր, ով պատրաստակամություն էր հայտնել օգնել իրենց և լուծել սպորտսմեն տղայի խնդիրները:

Ստացվում է, որ եթե անգամ Բաբայանին ձերբակալել են, ապա դա արվել է առանց իրավական հիմքերի և նրա ձերբակալված լինելու հանգամանքը արդեն իսկ օրենքի լուրջ խախտում է և րոպե առաջ պետք է ազատեն թյուրիմացաբար ձերբակալվածին:
