Ոչ մի հանցանք անպատիժ չի մնում. Վրաստանում ադրբեջանցուն սպառնում է 2-6 տարվա ազատազրկում Հայաստանի դեմ գրառման համար

Վրաստանի քաղաքացի ծագումով ադրբեջանցի Օրհան Աբբասի դեմ, ով ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում Հայաստանի դեմ ուղղված գրառում է կատարել, «ահաբեկչության կոչ անելու» հատկանիշներով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել: Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական ԱՊԱ լրատվական գործակալությունը:

 

Օրհան Աբբասն իր գրառման մեջ Վրաստանում բնակվող ադրբեջանցիներին կոչ էր արել, Վրաստանում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան դիմաց ակցիաներ իրականացնելուց բացի, ակցիաներ կազմակերպել նաև Վրաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանատան դիմաց և այրել Հայաստանի դրոշը:

 

2016թ. ապրիլի 21-ին Աբբասը կանչվել է ոստիկանություն և հարցաքննվել: Ադրբեջանցուն ոստիկանություն են կանչել նաև 2018 թ. ապրիլին և հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, նա ձերբակալվել է, սակայն գրավի դիմաց ազատ է արձակվել:

 

Ադրբեջանցու գործով վերջին դատավարությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2018թ. հունիսի 20-ին, որի ժամանակ դատախազը պահանջել է Աբբասին դատապարտել 2-6 տարվա ազատազրկման:

 

«Դատավարությունը շարունակվում է, հաջորդ դատը նշանակված է հուլիսի 3-ին»,-ԱՊԱ լրատվական գործակալության հետ զրույցում նշել է Օրհան Աբբասը:
