Բացահայտվել է «Ֆաստ Կրեդիտ Կապիտալ» ՓԲԸ-ից խոշոր չափի գումար հափշտակելու դեպքը. կասկածյալը բանկի աշխատակցի համաքաղաքացին է

Ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի եւ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ եւ բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում մեղայականով ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին է ներկայացել Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 29-ամյա Հայկ Ալթունյանը։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք shamshyan.com-ից:

Նա իրավապահներին հայտնել է, որ ապրիլի 2-ին ատրճանակով եւ նռնակով զինված, դիմակավորված ավազակային հարձակում է կատարել «Ֆաստ Կրեդիտ Կապիտալ» ՓԲԸ-ի Ավան վարչական շրջանի մասնաճյուղում՝ հափշտակելով ավելի քան 6 մլն դրամ։ Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայկ Ալթունյանը ձերբակալվել է։ Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող ատրճանակը, նռնակը եւ գողոնը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել ենք, որ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ «Ֆաստ կրեդիտ կապիտալ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ-ի Ավան մասնաճյուղում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ին՝ ժամը 21:30-ի սահմաններում, դիմակավորված անձը, զենքի նմանվող առարկաներով՝ ատրճանակով եւ նռնակով զինված, մուտք է գործել Երեւան քաղաքի Խուդյակով փողոցում գործող «Ֆաստ կրեդիտ կապիտալ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ-ի գրասենյակ եւ այնտեղ գտնվող հաճախորդի ու աշխատակիցների կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով պահանջել է գումար։ Աշխատակցից վերցնելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար` ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը դիմել է փախուստի։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ հափշտակված գումարը կազմում է շուրջ 6.341.000 ՀՀ դրամ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, հաճախորդը եւ ՓԲԸ-ի աշխատակիցը ճանաչվել են տուժող:
